Your voice is quite soothing and love the straight forward ness of your recipes. Would be nice to use grams for measurements though cos find the cup thing differs for various ingredients and could botch a recipe. Also can I use half full milk and half water since I don’t have skimmed milk?

No yeast in it, so no need for resting time. Resting time is often to allow the dough to rise. But here, no yeast is added and rising dough is not expected. I am talking as an amateur anyway.

Aww! Yoo much baking powder or your milk was too creamy. Consider diluting your milk, use skimmed milk or water.
