It's usually very warm here, so it's a struggle to keep the dough and butter very cold when kneading, cutting. I think I will briefly refrigerate my dough after the kneading. I love this recipe! In America some call them croissants, others call them butter-horns.❤

Hi,i made these today with some changes and they were Perfect. Please,do try this and you won't regret it. I always find it terrible when i use a you tube recipe and it failed,because ingredients are expensive. Here's my ingred.list and changes. 100 ml lukewarm milk Note that 1/2 cup is NOT 100 ml,so if you have a scale,weigh your ingred. 2 tbsp granulated sugar,1/2 tsp salt. 1 tsp will be too salty. The first rest is Not 20 mins but 45 mins- 1 hour. Because my house is warm,my dough rested for 45 mins. My triangles were 3" x 8",but you can make 4"x8" also. for the rest follow the recipe as shown in the video. I hope you will succeed. Best regards
