    Thanks so much. My left hip has been keeping me awake at night. Haven't enjoyed running the last few days, because I'm compensating.

    I just did the Brooklyn half marathon yesterday …And today …Hip flexors and quads hurt and tight. I have been am doing these stretches several times today will continue to do so for the next few days. very helpful and feeling better. thanks. !!!
