As a runner with 20 years experience I have been lazy about anything other than just running. I am now 47 and have found I need these videos and they really work. I still struggle with full on yoga stuff so this is a great balance for me!!
I appreciate you stretching with me and leaving a comment again thank you! I totally get it about the yoga stuff, thats why I have done these videos as I work with my clients in more of a functional yoga way rather than the spiritual sides to it.
42 yo here in exactly the same situation. Can't get into yoga. Can't ignore that all my muscles feel like knotted ropes and piano wire now

They do seem to be the more popular ones Colin, I'm scheduled up until the end of January and theres lots more 10 minute ones to come, will defo be making some shorter ones too!

Am so inflexible I can’t even touch my ankles like have way in the shin am currently doing the morning routine and this and stretching before running is that good?
Yes that’s going to help, stretch in the morning, dynamic warmup before run and then stretch post run would be fantastic. It will take a few months to start to reshape your body so don’t get disheartened 👍🏻

I’m so grateful for all of the videos on this channel. I am close to 50 years old and took up running this year as it’s been a longtime goal. I am now training for my first half marathon and these videos have been instrumental in my progress. I use a variety of your pre-run and post-run stretches nearly every day. I can’t thank you enough, Ash!

Just discovered you channel, really liking the content! I wondered whether you would suggest any of your stretch routines in particular for non run days....those times where legs may be feeling not so good, but could do with a stretch release. Would any of the 'post-run' routines be ok?
