little addition from Germany: According to the yearly TÜV report they noted that almost 15% of all Tesla Model 3 fail their first mandatory Inspection that is due after 3 years of purchasing them new. (followed by a 2 year interval)
This surprised even the TÜV actually.
Main issues were rusted breaks and messed up Wishbones and axis (mostly in the back)
My own car is one of those that failed because of the axis, although at 145.000km after 3 years i guess its "earned" its little problems

Rusted brake discs are a common problem with EVs, as they are used much less than on an ICEV and are the one service issue that needs regular attention. How are your brake pads holding up?

@@jeremyradford5103 They are holding up quite well. Aparently Tesla introduced an update where the vehicle will substitute some recuperation with breaking every now and then to scrape the rust off.
Nevertheless i would always recommend setting recuperation to low in winter and using the break every now and then just to be sure.

Can’t see how MG4 owners having bills of £1000-£1500 considering it comes with a 7 year warranty and is only just over a year or so old, so pretty much most things would be covered. 🤔🤔

According to the surveys, this was the cost but probably at the dealers expensive I would imagine

How do you measure 'reliability'? The reason I ask is because most issues with a Tesla, for example, can be fixed with an over the air update.

Good question, I usually measure this by rounding up all the car reviewers, magazines and publishers information and check out the top inconsistent cars and most unreliable of each year. I always take it form credible source's to make the video though!

It still comes up on the list according to the stats but must also be better than it was at launch
