Would any of these pickup motion if the car was keyed or a car hit me by the sides? I am looking for full coverage
all of these are 2 channel dash cams. None of them will cover the sides of your vehicle.

i am planning to catch the person who vandalized my car again and again in my underground condo parking spot. my parking spot is located at the corner area usually not a lot of people /car walk by. which parking mode (motion detection or time-lapse ) would better suit my need?
for your information, i am using thinkware f200 pro frond and rear, thinkware multiplexer side cameras and powercell 8 battery pack.
my concern about the videos recorded by time-lapse mode were recorded 2 frames per second, if the person do the scratches in 1 or 2 seconds and go, the video may not be strong enough as a proof .

What I would do is put it in time lapse mode. Record for like 15 minutes. Review the footage and see your thoughts on it. Then put it in motion detection and review footage as well.
Then you will see if it meets your expectations.

@@keepitlitty2865 yea, my front camera captured a young kid 'walking around' my car for around a minute, he looked inside my car and I believe he noticed that there are new cameras installed, and he left.
I've spoken to the condo security, the kid actually lives in the same building but unfortunately he did not scratch my car, if he did, the cameras could definitely record it.
The motion detection mode is very sensitive (only front and back camera), even before the kid walks into the area where the cameras can capture, it started recording already.
@@keepitlitty2865 btw, I didn't hardwire my camera but I purchased external battery pack (neo-link, from blackboxmycar) for a longer recording time.

Maybe "best" isnt the way to go, but feature comparison to allow the sales person and user pick the model best suited for the intended use or application.

Which is a good camera for parking surveillance without hardwiring? All cameras (front, cabin, rear)support motion detection
you have to hardwire the dash camera to get parking mode or you need a cigarette lighter plugin that stays powered up when your vehicle is off. But when you do that there will be no low battery protection.
@@SafeDriveSolutionsthat's true. I'm owning a skoda kushaq, having a cigarette lighter always on. Searching for dashcam having parking surveillance with motion detection and low voltage prevention. I think we need to buy an add-on device to cut supply on low voltage.

See, you guys just don’t understand! The AI powered dashcam does register both the motion and impact!
However, it does not want to alarm the perpetrators by pretending to be asleep! Instead, it has already hacked into the perpetrator’s bank accounts and transferred a satisfactory amount of funds into the owner’s account! It also sent photos and videos to the local PD! Finally, it determined the address of the perpetrator and plans on visiting him in the near future to carry out its sinister revenge🫣.
Hi, did you check by any chance Gnet's GON4 power consumption in parking mode?
We have not done any current draw yet? After we remove all wiring from vehicle we will test all of that. It is the GONX which is 1080p. GON4 is 4k.
