as a certified horse girl, this is the perfect ranking!! 🦄 maximus is easily without any doubt my best disney horse! he's so expressive and puppy-like, full of personality, and actually plays a big role in his film.. which happens to be my favorite movie but i'm not biased i swear i love buck and the nokk so much too! so happy they made it onto your list :,)

I love the Disney animal ranking videos, I was excited to see this one pop up today! I agree with your top 3, they're such good horses. I also love the design of the Nokk from Frozen 2. It's clear water design and waterfall mane and tail are really beautiful. Then Elsa made it more winter/snow themed at the end too. Plus, the Nokk also had it's intimidating moments like with it's fight with Elsa and when Olaf saw it in the puddle, loved it. I wish we saw more of it haha.
Maximus and Pegasus are honestly the only disney horses i have any particular feelings about (i like them). i'm pretty much indifferent to all the others, though i guess i have to give Khan credit for playing an important role in the best movie of all time. also, if pixar was included, Angus would totally be here. btw since you've done rankings of disney and pixar movies, have you considered doing rankings of other animation studios like dreamworks or studio ghibli?
I’m not as familiar with other animation studios like Dreamworks and Ghibli but if I watch all of the movies from those studios I would definitely rank them!
@@thetroveyoutube i'd definitely advise you to check out some of studio Ghibli's stuff. movies like Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke and the tale of the princess Kaguya are genuine masterpieces, and most of their other films are pretty good too. dreamworks is more of a mixed bag. they've got good movies like Shrek, the Prince of Egypt and Kung Fu Panda, but they also have stuff like Shrek 3 and the Boss Baby, so i can understand not wanting to sit through all of that
I honestly love Captain! In fact, he's probably my favorite. He literally kicks Horace and Jasper which was hilarious 🤣. Khan is a great choice for number one horse, he helped Mulan save China. He's literally the means of transportation for the savior of China.

Nice list, here’s mine: 1. Maximus- Honestly he’s a huge reason to why I love Tangled so much. He is so hilarious and I love how he isn’t technically a bad guy, he’s just doing his job and is pretty darn capable for a palace horse. I find the part he reveals the secret tunnel at the Snuggly Duckling hilarious. I absolutely love how he occasionally acts like a dog, but is still clearly a horse lol! Best boy hands down! 2. Captain- I grew up watching 101 Dalmatians, and I find him kicking Jasper and Horace in the buttocks hilarious. A little sad he’s only in a small part of the movie, like most of the other farm animals. 3. Pegasus- I find his design so adorable, especially when he’s a baby! Its also gratifying to see him make amends with Meg because she’s someone that really cares about Hercules too. Also the pinto joke is kinda funny lol. Also I think Pegasus was done dirty by not getting that sexy girl Pegasus of his own. 4. Khan- I actually used to have a McDonald’s toy of Khan, and always found him so beautiful! I also really love the Chinese style of his features, and he’s also very supportive and loyal to Mulan no matter what. And I’m kinda glad they didn’t make Khan a girl just to make him and Shang’s horse a couple. 5. Bullseye- A little sad Bullseye wasn’t in here. He’s honestly so sweet and adorable when we first meet him. I kinda wish we got more of him aside being Jessie’s pet. 6. Nokk- I don’t really care for Frozen in general, but I ironically enough liked the sequel a lot more. I’m not the biggest fan of how Frozen kinda ripped off Tangled with Bruni being a lizard and Nokk a horse. But anyway, I still love his design, despite I wish the movie actually explained why he killed Agnar and Iduna and tries to kill Elsa too. But I still love it’s design and how Elsa manages to tame it, and helps her reach Ahtohallen to finally find the answers she’s been searching -The other horses are neat, just not as distinctive as my list. Also, I wonder if Achilles was only in the Hunchback of Notre Dame as a hidden joke to Disney’s next movie Hercules? I always thought maybe Phoebus and Achilles was Disney’s first attempt at what Kristoff and Sven were, a man and his only friend being a loyal animal companion?
Random recommendation but I enjoyed the watch and ranking! Lovely to see Khan at first place, very deserved! Off to watch the cat and dog versions now 😉

This ranking was well balanced also I know he’s technically a Pixar horse but my favorite is Merida’s horse Angus.
Angus is great, if I was including Pixar he definitely would've made the list.
