*UPDATE* - Prices change often, when I filmed this video the Gigabyte was the lowest price GTX 1050 TI - On the day I published this video, the EVGA was the lowest price *NOTE* - This is why I provide links to the full list of cards in the video description, check current prices, on these NVidia GTX cards, I suggest buying based on price first, brand second. They all are about the same speed. *Prices change often*, if it is a deal, don't wait, prices update every day
Tech Deals hey sir thanks for the great video as always. Had a question , Ive already bought a gtx 1050ti , and now i want to buy another one , how can i pair them together ? Also do i need a new mother board ? Can you make a video about pairing 2 gpus ? Or write for me easily Thanks for the time Kevin
Ryan Jose best bang for buck depends on game type and resolution. But if your like most people 1080p at 60 fps is your target. I'd say 1060 3gb or rx 470/570 4gb. Search for deals. I got my gtx 1070 for 290.00
SOME SAY... that he can replicate a ryzen with mud, wood and saliva and overclock it to 6ghz 0.5v stable... ON AN INTEL SOCKET. All we know is he is called TECH DEALS!!! TECH DEALS IS THE KING!!!👍👍👍
i guess i got lucky and got my 1050ti (the same one in this video) for $100 on craigslist from a guy that decided to upgrade to a 1080. He only used it for a couple hours til he decided he wanted to do 4k gaming lol. I have it clocked at 1949mhz running at 60C max. Thats a hell of a jump for him but a HELL of a deal for me! :D
I just want to say thank you so much for helping me out during the process off choosing components for my first gaming computer, any doubts in my head have ALWAYS ended up solved in one of your videos, and for that I say thanks. Thanks a lot!
other tech youtubers - content 40%, showcasing they know stuff- 60% TECH DEALS - 100 % exact content what your looking for. Honestly, learnt alot from your videos, than others. THANKS and Love your videos. !
Thanks for the review I feel much better after watching, I'm waiting for mine to come via Amazon right now and was seriously doubting my buy. thank you so much
he doesn't use any over the top camera shots or graphics or flashy lights as other TH-camrs but his videos are clean and simple and he sure puts a lot of efforts in his videos doesn't matter how long it is....love your videos man
I went with the EVGA 1050 TI (a month ago it was the cheapest, i paid $130) and its been great. Runs cool and plays everything I've thrown at it so far at high settings.
I bought this card over a month ago. I'm not a gamer. This card works beautifully with my Dell 4K monitor running Lightroom and Photoshop.Totally agree with you, excellent buy. My rig? I7-7700K and Asus Maximus IX Hero. Samsung 960 EVO NVMe, Amazing machine! Thanks for all the excellent videos, fantastic work.
I was looking at a car from amazon today and wanted to know more so i checked out this video explanation well he tells it straight and that's the way i prefer, and the comparison makes this video 1st class, thanks for a great video.
Tech Deals, been awhile since I have watched your stuff, been really busy, but man I appreciate your dedication to content creation and the continual effort you put into revisiting hardware. Keep going man, looking forward to all of your other videos ;)
I just put one in the Dell Optiplex 7010 I just picked up. Fits like it was meant to be there. I'm happy with my purchase. I have never seen anything better than a solid 30 fps in game like GTA. With this 3rd gen i5 processor, this graphics card, and 20 GB of ram I am seeing 80 fps avg with this setup. If I enable vsync it is a solid 60 in almost all games. Ultra settings the fps drops to a low of 45 fps in some scenes. I like to think of this as my own budget console killer. Bought the PC and the graphics card on Offer Up. $150 Dell Optiplex 7010 $100 Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti $0 8 GB of ram which I added when I helped a friend fix her computer.
Nice review on the GPU might look into buying it. I'm laughing as he is describing the cards detail while showing GTA footage of him mowing down people in drive-bys XD
I actually just got the gigabyte 1050 ti a few days ago, although mine has two fans is twice as big and requires a six pin pci-e and was $150. I am loving it, just finished playing some GTA V on max settings no advanced options. Paired with a Xeon x5670 and 24 GB of RAM. Paid $250 for a Lenovo Thinkstation S20 and $150 for this card, got a sweet 6 core (with hyperthreading) gaming machine that destroys everything at 1080p.
Honestly dude u make the best reviews and are always straight to the point, I really enjoy them man you helped me find a good graphic card for my PC build. Keep up the amazing work bro👊👌
Still holds true today. Thanks for the video. I purchased this exact card today....well, the 4GB version.... I am looking forward to some excellent PS2 emulation.
Is your background in broadcasting? Are you working from a full script, bullet points, or is this all done on the fly? The production and presentation are beyond awesome!
Nice and let me add that ; games tend to look more and more beautiful even at lower details nowadays which make a cards like that great if one's gaming on a budget. I set everything on low with just ultra textures and mesh and TXAA + HBAO on in battlefield 1 and there's pretty much no difference compared to full ultra ; obviously there is a difference especially when it comes to lightning and shadows and what not but still the game looks pretty and you get a nice fps boost ! 2+ years ago budget meant cheap ass, now it means great performance without breaking the bank.
Great video as always! After watching few of your videos I decided to buy this card, and now I am on the hunt for a new procesor to pair with it..what would you recommend for a budget gaming pc in order to be able to play in 1080p, pentium g4560 or the i5 7500? Thanks
Hey Tech Deals what are your opinions on the higher power consumption of the rx 500 series and them being less power efficient than the 400 series? And will you be doing a GTX 1080Ti or Titan Xp review in the future?
just bought this card today and I so glad I found this video/channel. helped ease my mind about my purchase. BUT now I am regretting getting a pentium g4560, primarily because I was making these purchases for battlefield 1 and PUBattlegrounds. will the g4560 hold me back? if an i5 gets 40+ fps, I can expect what from a g4560? thanks in advance.
4:30 Just one note, a few 1050tis are "low profile" design. If you have certain prebuilts, say a standard Dell optiplex or something, a full sized video card is NOT going to fit in it. So, if you have one of those, the low profile 1050tis is the most powerful card you can fit into those smaller systems without breaking out a hacksaw.
I've had 1050ti and it is truly a great card...if you can get it at a great price. If you plan to get a 1060, get the 6GB version...the ZOTAC AMP! edition is great and very easy to overclock.
Will it work with a i5 4460 as well? And thank you for some great videos I bought the gtx 1060 superclocked as I think it will work were well with my fx 8350. So thank you.
I have a question sir, my current setup is a 2nd gen i5 2400 with a Zotac GTX 750TI, an EVGA 400W PS and 4 gigs of ram. My plan over the next 4-6 months is to upgrade the Ram, thinking two 4 gig sticks. and the GPU, I am looking at 1050's, but also considering the 1060 short GPU's, due to at some point i may upgrade desktops. my PS has the plug for the 1060, is it worth stepping up to it? or sticking to the 1050 and moving up on GPU when the need for a new computer comes? Thanks and love your channel, I would love your opinions on ultra widescreen monitors as well
@Street Guru, it's the only way i can afford to do it, at the moment. My current rig is a Dell Optiplex 790MT, it has 4 gig's of ram, an i5 2400 processor. I have replaced the stock PS, with an EVGA 400W PS and using a Used Zotac GTX750 TI 2 GB. it works for what i do right now (WOWs, and a few FPS TPS type games) But planning to start playing GTA5 soon and want a capable setup. I know the computer is good enough, and planning either a 1050 TI or a 1060 (have the power connector). Tech Deals himself said, the RX 460-560, have troubles with my computer. I know the Nvidia will run no problems. the thought is i won't have to move up, on the computer for another 2-3 years (plenty fast right now). But if i do it'd be nice to have a good GPU handy when i go to get it. If the 1060 is worth the price for my current and future thinking, i'd consider getting the 1060 now and have it when i do step up the computer
hey sir thanks for the great video as always. Had a question , Ive already bought a gtx 1050ti , and now i want to buy another one , how can i pair them together ? Also do i need a new mother board ? Can you make a video about pairing 2 gpus ? Or write for me easily Thanks for the time Kevin
Hello!, so recently I've been looking for new pc's online to play games like PUBG, BF1, GTA 5, etc. Which pc would you recommend me to buy (pre-built) ofc, looking to get at least 80 fps in high settings, I don't really care about ultra settings. Great videos btw :)
hi tech deals, i have a question, would i get 40+ fps, ultra settings at 1366x768 resolution? i have an old amd cpu (A 10 7600), 8 gbs of ram (1600 mhz), a 450w psu, and an an almost decent monitor that i always use in a lower resolution (it is a 1600x900 or somethig like that), im going to get a better processor and ram in the future, but for now i just want something that can play games in a today standard level of "good" (everything still better than my actual integrated graphics anyway :P) edit: i almost forget to say that your videos are the best, you are awesome
Can you do a review of the Zotac GTX 1060 3GB/6GB mini and the Zotac gtx 1080 mini? Those are currently the cheapest version of those cards respectively. I've seen you do a review for the Zotac gtx 1070 mini, but not these two. Wanted to know if the money I save from buying either of these cards is worth what I give up for in specs or if it's better to get a higher priced version of the card.
The only problem i got after buying this card was THE FAN OF THIS CARD IS NOT SPINNING AND IT IS OVERHEATING AND ALWAYS IT KEEPS ON RESTARTING MY PC ... STILL I DIDNT GOT ANY FIX HUH
Halo techdeal I really like your channels it really show real life how people will do... I really like if you could try Total War Warhammer game in your testing. Just a wish by the way
im planning on upgrading to a ryzen CPU and was wondering what your recommendation for what motherboard and ram i should its a complete upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4 so i need entirely new ram i was planning on using the 1500x, any recommendations would be appreciated
Oh! Thanks! I was thinking about a 460 but since the 560 would have a couple more compute units I have been waiting for it, but I couldn't find anywhere info for the release! Thank you!
Hey Tech Deals, appreciate if you could make a video on moderate / affordable gaming laptop for the year 2017. The last time you uploaded a video on the Acer E15 575G (500$ budget gaming laptop) really helps me a lot. Wish you could do the same for this year too.
+elmSTREETnasty man that's awesome. Thanks by any chance... do you know what would be the best and cheapest GPU to pair an Intel 5 7500 with? haha. thanks
i have a gtx 720 and an amdfx 4300 should i buy a gtz1050 ti or should i buy an i5? im not sure and im 16 so it isnt easy for me to get money and im trying to decide what i should get to put into my pc Thanks for your time =) ~Jake
I got into pc gaming at the wrong time. It feels as though every major gaming component is extremely marked up right now. Current prices for 1050 ti is closer to 200. Just wanna game at 1080 p :/
im thinking of getting an intel i5 6600k to replace old quad core amd. i have a 1050ti in my system now would it be good to pair this card with an intel i5 6600k
Would you recommend the EVGA or the Gigabyte model? And are the SC or SSC or even FTW version worth for the higher price? This is the PC i'm thinking about building: -1050 ti (EVGA or Gigabyte? SC, SSC, FTW?) -intel core i3 7100 -8gb ram -450 watt power supply -1tb hard drive -and other parts Thanks :)
I have the Gigabyte model and my pc has similar specs, im using an i5 3570 and got the card running at 1949mhz with a 60C max temp. Unless youre hard pressed for running every game absolutely maxed out (including SMAA settings) at over 60 fps then you're better off buying a 1060/470. But good luck finding a good deal on one of those now that the miners have gotten to them...
TechDeals also made another video comparing all the current 1050ti versions and concluded that theres virtually no difference in performance between the more expensive ones to the cheaper ones. Check out the video to see the results and save yourself a few bucks!
Can a Video Card such as this GTX 1050ti or a GTX 1050/RX 460 or even a RX 550 run on a computer with external PSU (90w to 120w)? This is the case of the ASUS K31ADE, where the external psu is "plugged" directly in the motherboard. Thank you and keep up the awesome work!
If you were to compare the Gigabyte GTX1050 Ti to the MSI GTX1050 Ti for 1080p gaming? Also is it worth it to spend the extra $$$ on the 1060 6gb over the 1060 3gb?
Nice video! I need your help... I've done recently my new pc (i5 6400, msi bazooka, ssd 120 ecc.) but now I need a video card like 1060... After a lot of researches I ve found the KFA2 1060 3gb at 180 euros (italy) that in my country the price is excellent... I ve watched your video about 3gb vs 6gb and i want to buy 3gb version... so, in your opinion, what about kfa2 1060 3gb? Thanks
I have a 1060 3GB as well as a 6GB for 2 computers and both run every game almost the same (3GB usually has 3-5FPS less). I play Quantum Break, Rise of Tomb Raider, Battlefield 4, Watch Dog, Pro Evolution Soccer 2017, Metal Gear Solid 5 and Shadow of Mordor. The 3GB has no problem whatsoever. Although if you can find an RX570 (not the 470, it's ~10% slower than 1060 3GB) or 480/580 with 4GB or more VRAM for around €180-190, go for it. Those have better DX12 support, more VRAM, and affordable Freesync. I kinda ran out of money so settled for a 3GB 1060 for one of my builds XD, but if you're tight on cash it's still a very decent card, just not as future-proof as its bigger brother.
2GB, yes... but that isn't the same thing, now is it? You can also get GTX 1050 for around that price. This card is a solid 20% faster than the RX 460, not even counting the VRAM
Will this run VR now? I thought Oculus recently lowered the spec requirement because of some software tweak they did, and now this card is useable for VR?
*UPDATE* - Prices change often, when I filmed this video the Gigabyte was the lowest price GTX 1050 TI - On the day I published this video, the EVGA was the lowest price
*NOTE* - This is why I provide links to the full list of cards in the video description, check current prices, on these NVidia GTX cards, I suggest buying based on price first, brand second. They all are about the same speed.
*Prices change often*, if it is a deal, don't wait, prices update every day
Tech Deals can you also do the best 1440p gaming monitor
Tech Deals i have core i5 4th generation 4570 3.2ghz so should i buy gtx 1070 will it bottleneck ???
Depends on what you're doing with it...
Tech Deals hey sir thanks for the great video as always. Had a question ,
Ive already bought a gtx 1050ti , and now i want to buy another one , how can i pair them together ? Also do i need a new mother board ? Can you make a video about pairing 2 gpus ? Or write for me easily

Tech Deals this card cost more than 200 $ in my country😥
this guy explains everything better than my college teachers
I turn adblock off for this guy.

Hi, it seems like you are giving honest review.. so would you please help me to choose best graphic card for gaming with the compatible mobo.
Ryan Jose best bang for buck depends on game type and resolution. But if your like most people 1080p at 60 fps is your target. I'd say 1060 3gb or rx 470/570 4gb. Search for deals. I got my gtx 1070 for 290.00
me 2
Likewise, I do that for a handful of people on youtube. The in depth commentary is invaluable.
SOME SAY... that he can replicate a ryzen with mud, wood and saliva and overclock it to 6ghz 0.5v stable... ON AN INTEL SOCKET. All we know is he is called TECH DEALS!!!
TECH DEALS IS THE KING!!!👍👍👍
Maybe he can even build a Vega card that way, at this point he'd be faster with it than AMD.
Top Gear reference? :P
I don't understand HOW THE HECK are you not by far THE BEST TECH CHANNEL ? You deserve it man, keep the good work
I agwee
Yes yes
1050ti..
is indeed the best budget GPU..
my friend bought this card like couple of months ago and he is so satisfied
ayush yash nah. RX 470/570
zBruda if you buy it for a pre-built like me, it is better to go with this card, since the 470/570 would need a power supply replacement
Jernel Kumar exactly and that increases the price of the rx 470/570 by atleast 30 dollars
rx 470 is like 160, 1050ti is 125-130 at the most.
i guess i got lucky and got my 1050ti (the same one in this video) for $100 on craigslist from a guy that decided to upgrade to a 1080. He only used it for a couple hours til he decided he wanted to do 4k gaming lol. I have it clocked at 1949mhz running at 60C max. Thats a hell of a jump for him but a HELL of a deal for me! :D

This man is a master , explains everything in details :) Love this channel !
I went with the EVGA 1050 TI (a month ago it was the cheapest, i paid $130) and its been great. Runs cool and plays everything I've thrown at it so far at high settings.
Amazing value for the money, isn't it!?! :)
Hi, how does it perform in 2019?
Wake up this morning and see Tech Deals uploaded a new video. It's a good day 👍👌
1050/1050Ti are spectacular little cards for what they are. They will surprise you.

I like your addition of gameplay in the background Tech Deals. Fantastic review
Great video it answered all of my questions that I had looking for a small card that doesn't need any extra power
i like the new format of the video with the gameplay at the sides

The price of the 1050 ti when he made this video depresses me
Hey Tech Deals, nice review as always. I hope you do a review on the "Gigabyte RX 560 gaming oc 4gb" when it comes out.
You are an excellent communicator and produce superb professional videos. Thanks you are my goto person.
hey @tech deals what card should I buy for live streaming :the rx 470 or this card ( I have a really tight budget)
Just got mine today, 118 bucks on Amazon. Huge upgrade from GT 720 in my HTPC.
FINALLY!!! A SHORT VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Tech Deals what are your opinions on the higher power consumption of the rx 500 series and them being less power efficient than the 400 series?

can you do a review on the Rx 560 when it comes out? btw do you happen to know when it comes out?
you haven't reviewed the 960 evo/pro m.2 ssd from samsung, you said you would once they're released
This is again a pretty excellent video in every aspect.

just bought this card @11k in the local market, will test it on my rig and share it
This guy deserves more subs.
hey
i was wondering is it worth it buying refurbished components instead of new?
hey sir thanks for the great video as always. Had a question ,
Ive already bought a gtx 1050ti , and now i want to buy another one , how can i pair them together ? Also do i need a new mother board ? Can you make a video about pairing 2 gpus ? Or write for me easily
Thanks for the time

Hello!, so recently I've been looking for new pc's online to play games like PUBG, BF1, GTA 5, etc. Which pc would you recommend me to buy (pre-built) ofc, looking to get at least 80 fps in high settings, I don't really care about ultra settings. Great videos btw :)

STILL I DIDNT GOT ANY FIX HUH
would it be better to buy this graphics card and the acer aspire pre built or just go with the $720 cyberpower pre built
This Gigabyte model has a semi-passive fan! You should have mentioned it!
planning on buying this card along with the acer soon! can't wait🙃
thank you for your informative reviews sir!
i already bought an rx 580 but watching this guy is entertaining.
Halo techdeal I really like your channels it really show real life how people will do... I really like if you could try Total War Warhammer game in your testing. Just a wish by the way
how does the low profile 1050 ti compare to the full size? and are there any low profile cards comparable to the 1050 ti?
im planning on upgrading to a ryzen CPU and was wondering what your recommendation for what motherboard and ram i should
its a complete upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4 so i need entirely new ram
i was planning on using the 1500x, any recommendations would be appreciated
Hey Tech Deal, How about the low profile 1050ti card for Small form Factor PC? will it have the similar performance?
About three weeks ago, EVGA 1050 Ti SC was on sale, on Amazon at 100 USD.
this video really helped to buy the graphics card thank you sir
How would you go about updating the bios to Kaby Lake on a prebuilt like the Acer Aspire?
Have you done an overclocking guide Mr. Tech Deals?
Are you going to do a comparison between the 1050 ti and Rx 560?
May I ask you please? Do you have any information regarding when the rx 560 is coming out? Thank you! :-)
AMD said some time in the month of May
Oh! Thanks! I was thinking about a 460 but since the 560 would have a couple more compute units I have been waiting for it, but I couldn't find anywhere info for the release! Thank you!
I have a white and blackish pc color scheme, so do you think the orange on it will ruin it? Will it be noticeable?
Hey Tech Deals, appreciate if you could make a video on moderate / affordable gaming laptop for the year 2017. The last time you uploaded a video on the Acer E15 575G (500$ budget gaming laptop) really helps me a lot. Wish you could do the same for this year too.
What would be the best & cheapest CPU to pair these GPUs with? the Intel Pentium G4560? Ryzen 5?
+elmSTREETnasty man that's awesome. Thanks
by any chance... do you know what would be the best and cheapest GPU to pair an Intel 5 7500 with? haha. thanks

Is the 1050 Ti the only current gen card that does not require the extra PCI express power connector?
Do you know if there is any difference from Gigabyte 1050ti of 1 fun and 2 funs, if so which one?
I got into pc gaming at the wrong time. It feels as though every major gaming component is extremely marked up right now. Current prices for 1050 ti is closer to 200. Just wanna game at 1080 p :/
Is the performance of the notebook 1050 Ti similiar to the desktop version?
Hey I was thinking of getting a gtx 1060 3gb is this going to do me good or should I go for the 1050ti
I currently have a R9 270X 2gb. Is it worth the upgrade to a 1050ti? Or should I wait for Vega?
How well does this card work for production build? (With a Ryzen 1700)
im thinking of getting an intel i5 6600k to replace old quad core amd. i have a 1050ti in my system now would it be good to pair this card with an intel i5 6600k
Would you recommend the EVGA or the Gigabyte model? And are the SC or SSC or even FTW version worth for the higher price?
This is the PC i'm thinking about building:
-1050 ti (EVGA or Gigabyte? SC, SSC, FTW?)
-intel core i3 7100
-8gb ram
-450 watt power supply
-1tb hard drive
-and other parts
Thanks :)
I have a Skylake i7 4.1GHz + 32GB or RAM (2400MHz) + 850w 80+ Corsair PSU. Does the processor play a role in a GPU's performance or my amount of RAM?
Thanks
SirShroge you should go for the 6gb version or a rx 580 8gb, just save a little more money
AssassinKlD thank you a lot...
Are there any deals on a 144ghz montior?? with gsync or freesync?
Hey Tech Deals, Is the rx 460 still a good alternative to this? Which one would you recommend? (Building a budget PC for a friend)
Not really, with the drop in prices, you'd have to get a RX 460 4GB for $100 or less to be worth considering...
Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I'll tell him to go for a 1050ti :)
The RX 460 is just $90 only, the Gigabyte Windforce edition
2GB, yes... but that isn't the same thing, now is it? You can also get GTX 1050 for around that price. This card is a solid 20% faster than the RX 460, not even counting the VRAM
It never was, Polaris 11 is so potato, it loses to cut-down(!) Pitcairn(370), 1050 Ti is in a whole different performance league.
Will this run VR now? I thought Oculus recently lowered the spec requirement because of some software tweak they did, and now this card is useable for VR?
Chris Duncan well a zotac 1050 ti did say it support it but idk
i believe it is vr capable
i have this card, well i mean the zotac oc version. would i get similar performance/fps like the i5 shown in the video with an fx6300/fx8350?
