You're right. They don't like answering the phone. I have the all black double edge. Im getting it sharpened along with fixed like yours. The sharping cost $20. I haven't gotten it back. Yet

Yeah mine took a few months so expect to wait a while but they will take care of you.

I see these as a fidget or cool toy. I'd never trust my life to these. I own the ultra tech.

I've been trying to get replacement screws that snapped on a brand new knife for a month now. The communication has been bad. I 'm honestly close to not buying another at this point, and I own, and love several of their knives.

Yeah, they’re not super good with the communication but if your patient, they will take care of you for sure. Like I said it took about a few months for them to get the knife back to me, but they got it back to me in fantastic condition.

I used to live in Asheville and I'd go up there to get mine sharpened. Drop off for like 4 hours and I'd get the call. Super fast

One thing I learned about microtech, they say they have a lifetime warranty but they really don't you will be basically paying for repair of a full new knife, actually talk to Anthony personally at shotshow he's a cool guy but he says pretty much the same thing, if you break the blade we're not replacing it you're buying a new knife

I mean they cover shipping back to you and all repair work done on the knife. Paying $10ish to ship it off isn't too bad. Benchmade is the same way and their auto failed me more than my Microtechs. And ZT wants you to pay return shipping as well as whatever you end up paying to send your knife off. Just saying, for the business they're in, they handle things pretty well IMO.

Automatic knives are not supposed to ship via the US Postal service.
