I must say, I have never seen so much sophisticated, sober, well educated, well behaved mechanic in Pakistan. Rule of thumb, if the car is running rich or lean and having rough ideal, first thing to check is mass air flow sensor. Uske baad dosre diagnostics.

check purge valve .... If cars purge valve is broken and is stuck in an open position, it means that the car will run rich. This means that a lot of fumes go inside the engine and the fuel to air mixture is messed up. as well khacha petrol smell ..

But deleting Cats reduces the back preasure to the exaust manifold hence the O2 sensors start giving wrong signals to ECM

Its actually rich Fuel Air Ratio not Rich Air Fuel ratio, just making it clear
Exhaust system alteration may caused this issue restore it to original exhaust it may help
agar cat nahi hai, tou cat k baad wala o2 sensor bhi nahi hoga, the ecu could go nuts

Everyone gets this treatment. All my staff is trained to do exactly this. If they get stuck, i jump in. Habib k case ma b aisa hi tha. If you have seen the previous video, youll know i didnt touch the car, my techs worked on it. Even this video, i was in front of the camera, my staff was actually working on the car.
@@Caristaniyan ji ji i know mechanics do the work i am an old subscriber :D , ye video mujhe bohat pasand aee iss liye majboor ho k comment kiya pehli dafa :D mere paas bhi aik similar case car hai, new plugs, injectors cleaned, throttle body cleaned, o2 sensor replaced, maf replaced, thorrtle sensor replaced, and i did most of the work myself, but still kacha dhuan.. mai aounga kisi din aap k paas, i dont have computer
its a nissan sunny 86 with qg15de engine. awesome acceleration but kacha dhuan and pathetic fuel economy

what i learned is their are two types of O2 sensors. one show volt reading and the second transmit reading in MiliAmps (ma)
There is a certain diameter for the exhaust manifold for i guess for equal laminar flow using big dia exaust may have caused more of back pressure with less air and more fuel

Check the “jaali” which is present under the air-filter box
I had the same issue with my car, the “jaali” was missing under the air-filter box due to which car was rich in fuel

check return fuel line may be it is choked and creating extra fuel pressure in fuel rail
