I believe the scientific term is: "I don't always listen to Zeppelin, but when I do, my neighbors also listen to Zeppelin." 😎😎
Bwahahah 🏴☠️
DAD Turn that off!!
SON: Aw dad!!!
DAN: Turn that off and bring the tape downstairs... I got bigger speakers down here!
...and, they love it ALMOST as MUCH - but, keep yelling: TURN THAT UP, WILL YA!?!?!? 😎😎😎😎😎
My JBL bass speakers had duct tape all way around. Lasted another 10 years sounding good.
No that's just a tired old cliche used by ppl with no mind of their own and no originality who laugh at the same 'joke' (sic) every time. The scientific name for such ppl is 'bores'
I love the studio version, and now that you've heard it, you MUST watch the 73 MSG live version of it... it's mind-blowing! 😳🤯🔥😎
Led Zeppelin is one of my guilty pleasures. Watching people react to them is another one😂😂😂
A "must" pleasure... I'm with you.
Yup
Led Zeppelin is for the ADVANCED music listener. 💥💥💥🤘😎
I was advanced at 6 years old...
@@VIDSTORAGEI was 15 when it came out.
Cerebral/testosterone-infused music.
My friend is a Clapton fan...Zero soul and he's kinda soy himself. Not testosterone-infused like me.
Obviously they are the best rock band ever!!😊
that guitar solo was one take...perfect... the engineer said it was the best solo he ever saw
Everything about this song is a masterpiece.
That bass line though from John Paul I feel never gets the credit it deserves...haha.
By far one of my favorite bass lines of any song.
I'm a drummer because of Bonham...but their connection with one another is one of the best ever to bless our ears.
🔥 🔥 🔥
Great reaction: you're right - everyone in that band is a legend. Their music is hypnotizing.
Greatest band of all time! So grateful to see a new generation listening to the modern day Beethoven!!!!
This song never seems to age. Always sounds fresh and new. I'm in awe every time I hear it. Perfection.
Nobody is like Zeppelin!! This live at msg in 1973 id phenomenal!!
A fucking miracle!! Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin is for the SOUL!!!
Another Eargasm compliments of LZ ....
A remarkable collection of musical genius.
This is the one song that when I listen to in my car that I turn up just to hear the drums bounce all around the car. My Apple watch always gives me a warning that the "noise" is too loud.... I don't care!. Turn it up! Love the studio version and the live version from MSG.
_What can you say that hasn't been said 10,000 times_ ... they are the GOATs.
So glad you did the studio version before the live!💞✌️
Cant believe it took this long to get this one on here.
MORE LED ZEPPELIN.
As others have said, WATCH THE 1973 LIVE VERSION FROM MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.... That's a MUST.
It's, in a word, stunning, gripping....EPIC.
Trust us, that ain't no bullshi*.
No. This version is waaaay better than the madison square one.
PLEASE watch this live from Madison Square Garden 1973...that will blow your mind!!🎸🎶🎸
Just going to comment the same thing , the MSG (1973) live, is the best live performance.
FACTS!!!
I 2nd this. Gotta do the live version from MSG 🔥
I couldn’t agree more!!!
Yes! PLEASE! ❤️
Love love this reaction
Thank you for doing the studio version.
Excellence! Right ? Love you guys. One of the best songs of all time ! And the guitar lead, and vocals ! Right ? And John Bonham, amd John Paul Jones. ! More please
The live from MSG (1973) is so much better, you can really see & feel their soulful passion. Another great blues song by them is, Tea For One, another mind blower. So glad you both are loving Led Zeppelin, yes all their songs are amazing, you have sooo many to check out. Thank you for your reaction.
Joe Bonamassa did agreat version of Tea for One also
They’re just astonishing.
Thank You both so much!! This is one of my favourites!! Their live performance of this at Madison Square Gardens is FIRE & MAGICAL is right on!!!!
MSG 73' THIS SONG WILL MAKE U A TRUE BELIEVER ❤🎉
delicious reaction!
you NEED to watch their live performance of this at MSG..one of the greatest performances EVER.
From what I’ve read, the guitar solo was recorded in one take.
The planets aligned and brought 4 superb musicians together at a very young age. They were lightening in a bottle.
Ten Years Gone. The Rain Song. Nobodies Fault But Mine.
such a great song, its got soul, Plant had soul. Great reaction!
That was recorded live in the Studio. JPJ is playing the Organ and Bass pedals with his feet. The only overdub is the guitar solo. These four dudes created a magic probably only matched by The Beatles. And it never gets old. It's 54 yrs old, that song. Insane. 😀
"They don't make music like this anymore." WORD!
What IS And What Should Never Be is a Zeppelin song you will LOVE ! THANKS
Love to here you guys loving it. Ten years gone will be the next one u gotta listen to
Other reactors listen to the music. You people absorb it. Zeppelin at their best. Jimmy's virtuosity is astounding. Much love.
My favorite Zeppelin song. Thanks!
Greatest blues rock band ever. No auto tune or computers, just pure talent. The guitar solo was done in one take and the recording engineer's jaw dropped. I agree with others in the comments that said to watch the live version. It is even better than the recording, which is rare when a band plays live. Robert Plant was only 23 years old when this song was recorded. Their first album has more beautiful blues songs than their 3rd album. I want to add too that Mel, as usual, looks so beautiful. Thank you for this review.
John Paul jones, the bass player for Led zeppelin, is almost universally acknowledged as one of the best bass guitarists in rock music.
He's also the organ player for Led Zeppelin and what's ironic is that on this track, which is one of their best tracks overall, he is playing the bass on the organ pedals rather than bass guitar.
Great reaction! May I recommend 'You Shook Me' from their 1st Album, it is a 'Blues' to make babies too! :)
That's the truth!
❤❤❤Robert ❤❤❤Led Zeppelin ❤❤❤
This is a great recording of music. Organ, Guitar, Drums and Vocals all compliment each other.
Don't forget JP's bass pedals.
Im here for tje whole LP guys❤❤❤
Best band ever!
Thanks guys your the best , thank you for always playing the song through and through makes a world a difference. 👍🏼🤟🏼🥳💞
The Blues - Zeppified!
So glad you guys listened to the studio version! It is perfect and magical! Another perfect and magical track by Led Zeppelin is the song "Stairway to Heaven". I see you guys reacted to a live cover version tribute by the band Heart, but you still haven't heard the original studio recording. Like you did with this one, please do the original studio recording. It will touch your soul!
Here's a link to the original studio recording of Led Zeppelin's Stairway To Heaven:

Peace
Great reaction guys! You could tell you were really feelin it!! Fantastic!
Good stereo headphones ARE the absolute best way to listen to the mighty ZEP!😊 ❤
Absolute necessity.
I listen through 130 watt Yamaha amp Cambridge Floor standing Speakers and a Tibo 100 watt sub this gives a very real 70s concert feel
You should react to the song "You Shook Me" from the first album titled 'Led Zeppelin'.
This is the definition of Blues Rock, and no one does Blues Rock like Led Zeppelin. This song was recorded like in studio image that!?!
Yes you must react to Live Since I've Been Loving You from MSG or Stairway To Heaven MSG! Your beautiful Reactions about all the Emotions one feels after a Breakup were so On Point! And no, music like this is Magical, not made today
You two always make me smile.
Gods
Amen.
I KNOW you are BOTH gonna LOVE THIS ONE!!! The Madison Square Garden of this performance is MIND BLOWING!!! Jimmy Page's guitar on it is unmatched...and, PLANT just EXUDES-SEXY onstage on this one! SO GOOD! ENJOY!!!
You could try any of The Lemon Song, When the Levee Breaks, No Quarter, The Rain Song, In My Time of Dying, Nobody's Fault but Mine - just for starters!
Magical. Perfect description.
I love Mel closed her eyes and let this song take her places!!!
If ever a singer put his heart and soul into a song then this is it.
They do know how to tell a story. The best band ever. ❤😊
You guys just felt that all the way through...a joy to watch thank you
They don't make music like this anymore...
Agreed. They haven't made music like this for 45 years.
If you want magical ! Live version msg !!!! ❤
YAY!!! Oh man Mmm **YUM** **Sigh** **Swoon** **Melt** heh **PixieHugz&LuvzALL** **MyBeautifulMagicalGeniusesLedZeppelin** **ForeverInfinity&Beyond** Thank **YOU**
Great response. Check out the live performance at MSG, 1973. BLOW YOUR MIND.
They had a wonderful response. Hope they drank some water afterwards. Courtesy of Dr. Shaye ASMR video.
Blues masterpiece.
The Main Squeeze "Since I've Been Loving You" (Led Zeppelin Cover)
Great reaction," When the levee breaks" is a favourite of mine
hey guys.. watch the live version from Madison square garden to really get the feel...
One of the best !!! (for me)
One of the greatest cover versions ever!
You don’t listen to this song, you feel it.
Love your reactions. Yes! Please DO us all a favor- Just like the old radio DJ’s did back in the day… Hit the siren sound and announce ‘It’s Time To Pull the Led Out!!!’ and play an entire Led Zep album. 😃
❤✌🏼
Mel got it right. Cans on press play, close your eyes and let the music take you on a journey. Only you know where you went during that track but it's the only way to listen and enjoy zeppelin. 🤘
This and Rain Song, Dazed and Confused best Zep tunes IMO!!! Love the blues flow in this song. Pure silky smooth blues!!!
Life wil never be the same post Zeppelin
The GOAT!
GOTTA WATCH THE LIVE FUN MSG...MUSIC LIFE CHANGING
Try the live version, MSG 1973, total groove.
Glad you're back. Missed you!
Def voting for a whole review. Take your time with it. I’d watch every one.
ha ha ha I'm laughing looking at you react....such a good song...great song.
That's what I remember them for. Every song an entire event. Complete with solos Great lyrics all the time. U know except for ...
Great as the live versions are. You listened to the definitive studio version first...👍It smoulders, flares up and then floats off like dying embers. Ahh... it finishes and you're left behind.
Dazed and Confused next!!
Led Zeppelin’s down and dirty version of the blues!
Great analysis nelly 🇬🇧👍
There is so much soul and energy that comes from Robert Plant and his band, of course but him and particular a lot of his inspiration comes from the south through soul, music blues I believe at one point he was either dating or married to a lady from New Orleans and a lot of his inspiration comes from the south Soul music and grew up on Led Zeppelin packed with energy and they’re not just a band that just plays loud music and screens into a microphone. He put it in such a way makes you feel the amazing energy. I love Led Zeppelin. this band put you in a euphoric place when listening, absolutely money fire
More please ❤
The GOATS at work
None of the live versions have the delicate balance of this recording. Its a smooth groove that includes the keyboard.
"I don't trust people that don't like Led Zeppelin."
Jack White
They probably listen to the Partridge Family.
Love Jack White.
Texas Blues Rock.
"Waitin for theBus/Jesus Just Left Chicago"
"Gotsta Get Paid"
"Pearl Necklace"
"Just got Paid Today"
All must listens.
Luv your reaction! Please do their live version of How Many More Times.
Their picture belongs on the wall! 😉
Awesome!! Let"s do it!!!!!
I have like 10 Led Zeppelin songs that when I hear them I’m like ‘This one’s my favorite.’
On this one you can hear John Bonham’s bass drum peddle squeak when he raises his foot before he hits the beat. The song was so perfect they didn’t want another take so they left it there, squeaks and all.
As a drummer I’ve had to WD-40 a peddle or two and every time I think of this song.
For the record I can’t pick between the following:
How many more times
What is and should never be
Bring it on home
Since I’ve been loving you
Rock and roll
Four sticks
When the levee breaks
The rain song
Over the hills and far away
In my time of dying
In the light
Ten years gone
I’m gonna crawl
Nobody’s fault but mine
Achilles last stand
