I remember being in my moms car , in my car seat , when I was around 2yrs old banging my heels to my car seat , and singing with the radio " Land of Ice and Snow " , I couldn't talk yet lololol , She finally figued out what I was trying to sing, it was the "The Immigrant Song " . I still remember doing that and Im 54yrs . Since I've been loving you" has been one of my favorite Zeppelin song since 1st heard it , I was 6th grade like 11-12yrs old . ❤️🤟 My parents were rockers 🤟🤟

Wow…Robert Plant was considered sex on a stick by a good portion of young women back in the day….and you think he looks like a 14 year old girl???
The hair? That was sexy as hell! The blouse? That was the rock style at the time. Most of what I see here is most definitely…. Ahem…..masculine. 😏

If we’re being honest, Led Zeppelin is the greatest band of all time. Jimmy Page’s contribution to music goes way beyond his guitar playing which is saying a lot because he is one of the greatest guitar players of all time. Page also produced all of the Zeppelin albums and his groundbreaking contributions to music producing can be heard in every modern recording. He is the one responsible for bringing the rhythm section out of the background and into the forefront creating the driving music we’ve been hearing ever since. His songwriting is also legendary. And don’t get me wrong, because Tool is a great band, but Led Zeppelin is in a whole different league. They do not have a bad song so take your pick!

Zeppelin may get copied, but no band is, or ever will be zeppelin again. It's ridiculous to try and put a "cool sub genre" title on them. Every album had 3 or 4 different styles of songs. Pages' biggest contribution to rock, was not caring if it was "hip" at the time to play multiple styles well and still keep it a rock band.

I had to rent this at a blockbuster video store in the 80s as a 12 year old and didn’t return it for a month. Couldn’t watch it enough. My mom had to pay the late fee of $40. Felt bad but not really

Same, I've said it a couple of times on this thread...there is something about the studio version that sends shivers down my spine....I have shivers just talking about it...pure talent at it's very best.

Man it’s so cool to see you react to my favorite band of all time… As a guitarist, most guitarists that I talk to will widely agree that “The Rain Song” by Led Zeppelin is considered, probably one of the finest pieces of music ever composed on Guitar… Compliments of Jimmy Page.

Led Zeppelin emerged almost out of nowhere with four incredible unique musicians. Yep! Aliens. I'm so lucky to have grown up with this music - I can hear and feel every atom of my 15 year old self in these pieces. OMG. It tears me up to listen.

Jimmy Page's chord progressions are insane and incredibly original. His style is multi-dimensional and his skill is off the chart. This is one of, if not, my favorite LZ song.

Pinnacle of Rock music - videos like this. It really doesn't get much better, and probably never will. Beyond Page's guitar and Plant's vocals, tune into the drumming by Bonzo and the baselines. Amazing.

@@MikeGuerr Amazing. You know for about 35 years I thought Led Zeppelin was all about Page and Plant. But for the past decade I have come to realize that the band is as much about Jones and Bonzo. I simply didn't appreciate them as much before...

You should really watch the entire movie to get a real feel for the band. The Song Remains The Same is probably the best documentary/musical collection ever recorded. Their performances are mind blowing. Single tracks are great, but the movie as a whole is another level of awesomeness.
