Well if I’ve learned anything relating to the local language this pronunciation is it! I actually take quite a lot of pride in knowing it since I know most people from outside Kerala (and also ME initially) pronounce it wrong 😁 but there’s quite a few places in our hometown with the zh-sound so I eventually learned the correct pronunciation and really wanted to keep saying it like that out of respect 😊 (i probably suck at everything else related to malayalam though!)
Credit goes to Annika's mom and dad ,both are giving a great experience to their adorable daughter Annika, they never stop Annika if she plays with dirt, communicate with street animals , or try to explore anything unless it could harm Annika...
Thank you so much! That’s our guideline in parenting precisely. Of course we do always keep an eye on her when she does such things, especially interacts with strays and don’t let her approach aggressive or sickly ones, and say no when something will clearly be harmful. But otherwise it’s really important to let kids try things and explore, get themselves dirty and in touch with natural elements like soil, mud, animals… not only does it make them respect nature and living things, but also GROWS their immunity! The sights and sounds of another beautiful place to explore. There is so much beauty and history in Kozhikode. The food looks absolutely amazing. Kozhikode is a tourist's dream!! Another wondrous place for sweet Annika to experience and explore. Seeing the beauty of Kozhikode through the eyes of a child makes it extra special.💕💕💕💕

But Rahmath and Paragon are the two hotels natives recommend to others. Anyway I appreciate how you both raise Annika non-religiously but at the same time expose her to different religions and cultures.
I'm not sure it is my place to speak on it Johanna, but I'm so pleased that you & Vinod are raising Annika non-religiously. It is much more difficult to off load from deep what is imposed at a very young age than to add if desired later it life when in a position to choose one's beliefs based on intellectual understanding. I very much agree on that. Only in my late teens did I actually start thinking that maybe this is actually not MY thing
