    Facts about this video:
    1. It's more of a HIIT training than just legs and glutes. The heart doesn't lie.
    2. If you only do this exercise and nothing else in a day, you still would have gotten a whole body workout.
    3. If you can make it to the 4 min mark when you start out, you've already won!
    4. You can create a daily and weekly challenge to see how far you can get before you feel like dying. Week 2 and I atleast got to 9 min, soo proud 😊
    5. The feeling you get after doing it, as your heartbeat slows down and you take deep breaths and think back to how much you pushed yourself...Exhilirating!!!!!!!!!!!

      @@DemureDarlings it does. It has black pepper fruit and black pepper oil plus ginger root, milk thistle, dandelion, peppermint leaf, etc. As far as MSM, it seems to be made in a chemical lab. Not natural.

    I am what people may call skinny and i always get compliments on my body because it looks athletically toned. The whole point of this comment was to let every know just because your skinny/slim doesn't mean this isn't hard for us as well. I have asthma and right now in an environment that makes it flare up bad. So, after every 2 exercises i had to rest (calf raises) until i was able to breathe and do it again. So, great job ladies that got past even two minutes you all are the goat & thank you @Toni when i grow up i wanna be just like youuuu !!! 😄

    Been looking for something I actually feel the affects from. Did this entire workout while 5 months pregnant ( with necessary rests ofcourse ) I must say.. I’m drenched in sweat and lower body is finally feeling it and looking great.

    week 2: made it to the end of set 1 plus the first exercize
    week 3: finished set 1, made it to 3rd exercize 8:36
    week 4: with some low impact modifications on set 2, made it to 10:56

    I did this except use last night and when I tell you it’s a challenge....baby....this will get you right. I finished the whole video minus the burpees but that’s my goal. I sweat so hard it was a great exercise for the legs. I will do this twice a week. Toni I want to say you are truly a blessing to give us this content, and your body shape OMG amazing.     Love this workout. This is my third week and I am getting through round three. I'm not going to give up! I have to substitute the burpees, as at the age of 58, these are so challenging! I'll continue to enjoy!

    I remember I use to have beautiful muscular legs like you 😩 after having a baby my body is so ugly I have no muscle now this is for sure a good workout I need to start working on my body I was thinking about getting the maxiclimber just to start out because with this pandemic I can’t go to the gym

    Oooh girl ! This worked me. I used 5 lb weights cuz that’s all I had. I was sweating after the first few exercises in round one lol hoping to do this once or twice a day. Gotta get these legs in shape :// thank you!
