I'd love to see a video detailing the discovery of this seed and routing of the run if possible. It's mind boggling to see someone kill the Connoisseur of Wands faster than it takes me to get the orb above spawn
Always when i watch competitive players like in cs lol or other games with pro leagues i think i'm decent player and i'm good. But always after i watch your videos i cry in the corner from despair 😭

hey fury can you try a god run in nightmare mode? I got like 20 stainless armor but got polied and died to my own wand. I was so careful until that moment lol. And the world layout is really weird in nightmare even in ng+
wait how come the whole world didnt get turned into toxic gold at the end and only a small circle? did it stop because you died? makes me wonder if it would do the same if you used cessation the moment you activate it
What is the reason on firing 5 black holes at the curse rock before the master? All off them made it thru, was that just really good rng? btw pretty impressive run.
While the AoE damage of Cursed Rock isn't much, contact damage will very quickly eat through the measly amount of HP I had at that point in the run. Nothing is worse than getting through the absolute gauntlet of hell that is this run and then dying to the cursed rock right before the end (which has happened to me numerous times on this seed.) I knew it was already a fast run, so I was ok with spending a little bit more time to be safe and not throw the run at the end.
Fury do you think that the bosses should be made un-cheeseable? While it is great for a guns blazing speedrun I feel like bosses such as the first one should have protection against stuff like that, maybe not being able to damage itself as the devs most likely intended it to be a harder late game boss.
Noita wants you to be more creative. And what can be more creative than finding alternate way to kill a powerful creature, not just dealing massive damage
Also with the right wand you can one-shot literally anything in conventional way, all you have to do is simply search for spell combination, kinda grind for them Or you can use your knowledge about weaknesses and behavior of an enemy to get same result with just a little bit of luck. That's what man calls skill, g
@@zhepa_gorit I feel like it only works to an extent with boss weakness and creative mechanics. While you are correct on those Noita allows you to one-shot bosses with easily accessible spells (plasma beam, ice and melee spells) Finding a bosses weakness or strategy does add a fresh experience but when it goes to the point where you aren't even fighting the boss doesn't feel exciting especially when you can look on YT for an early game setup.
@@RiteOfSolaris I agree with you, I just find that it would be difficult to find the right line between too much and too little if any bosses were to be re-balanced. After all most Noita players have no idea how to kill most bosses without these TH-cam videos.
@@TestifyToTruthThat's another good point, all games easily have flaws so it can be hard to find balance everything well. Outside influence is how most games grow in balancing which is why a lot of people write ideas for the game, but not every idea can be executed well for something that doesn't matter as much in the game.
I've played the game for like 50 hours, and still didn't beat it. Then there's people doing this lol. Definitely something to look forward to, but at the same time looks impossibly difficult.
I did, but in order to compete in speedruns I have a maxed save that I use only for this (everyone uses a maxed save file for speedrunning so that everyone is on equal footing as far as unlocks go.) Also, I actually deleted the gem from the maxed save now, as well. So I shouldn't have it again in future videos unless we figure out another way of actually earning it.

As you can see, bosses in this game are not as scary and strong as it seems. In noita "beat the game" means "make such a wand, that shoots and causes to crush the whole world, making it unable to open again". No gods must be afraid, the game itself must be afraid. P.S. Maybe your potato videocard and processor will also be afraid and can cause local BBQ party simultaneously

Plasma kills everything that atleast has 0.0001 projectile damage multiplier

Thanks :) It's not a fresh file. It's a 100% file. In order to compete in speedruns, we pretty much all run at 100%.
