Note on plant infestation, it can and will spawn the red plant enemies from the jungle, which might as well be boss fights or big worms in the first biome
The modifiers I hate the most getting are the gloomy one, and the jungle modifier in the first level, when you dont have digging besides explosives. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't like starting again, but if I start on that modifier I'm restarting.
Omg, when I first time played with your mod-pack I died in the Hiisi base because of the black holes modifier, and I thought that this was in some mods... But it seems like it is a non-moded game modifier!
"The air feels hot" I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure in the Mines it spawns extra Stendari. I generally get it there and see 5+ walking around instead of the 1-3.
I actually really like Ionized, it can help against enemys and it's really fun to figure out how to get past those beams by maybe trying to kick a minecart and get past it with it, or looking where to break the boxes. All fun until you get shocked by an electric box and wished it was just gas or water
I definitely find ionized the scariest, I was surprised the trouble focusing your eyes modifier was uncommon, I get it all the time. And it seems I still haven't found the extremely lucrative biome modifier, guess I have to play another 3000 hours for that one haha.
Ionized killed me when I had such a good start. I wasn't paying attention to the biome modifier and found a black hole wand in the first layer along with pheromone and teloportatium when from nowhere off my left screen I got blasted by plasma. Was mega angry.
The glowing light one is incredibly annoying to me.I've gotten it in the mines like 3 times, and every time it makes getting gold for the first temple a pain. I tried just going passive for the mines on the third attempt, but got body blocked by so many leaping enemies I restarted out of annoyance.
Personally, I think the Flooded modifier is the most painful. If you're trying to go from Frozen back to Mines through the shaft, you can sometimes drown to death trying to get back out.
the plant one is the most annoying, more so in the mines when you dont have any good wands to mine through the plants, often getting you stuck in corners when trying to run away or just explore fast
I had the 'You suddenly have trouble focusing your eyes...' modifier once. It was either in the vault or the temple or the art. It was a huge pain to deal with. I think that I died. :p
Oh, I remember dying to ionized modifier back when I just started playing! I tried to explode every plasma trap I've encountered and accidentally faced plasma myself when trying to dig out one of traps deep in the wall.
I got an ionized hisii base recently and man, that was an experience, everything is covered in iron so everything was sparking because of the electricity, I had to navigate carefully to not launch on it, the good point was that most ennemies were dead because of the electricity everywhere.
Mysterious Darkness is my least favorite. It's hard to keep track of where I've been or not. Overgrown can be bad if you also get unlucky enough to end up with bouncing balls as your starter wand. Destroying the purple flowers can be next to impossible if you get trapped behind them.
I was just wondering about this, what a coincidence! Also I just got to New Game + for the first time in Noita and I have gotta thank you for the help, without your channel I simply never would have accomplished this, so thanks
I got the ominous atmosphere one a week ago for the first time. Never knew it existed, suddenly there is a giga black hole at the entrance of the mines
I use an mod called blaseball weather that adds modifiers from the game it takes the name, but instead of using those i remove all chance for them to spawn and use the mod to increase the chances for modifiers to all biomes, it makes runs much more interesting. Can say for sure that shielded hiisii base sucks balls when you dont find any good wands.
If you "sequence break and cross the lava lake and go down into the snowy depths without going into the coal pits for the first time, "you have trouble focusing your eyes" is actually guaranteed. i figured that out the hard way after being invisibly sniped while trying to go for better wands when i was learning the game....
So I had the lucrative thing happen to me in the coal pits in a patch before you got the on screen messages about the modifiers and thought I was going crazy because I've never seen so much gold before or since.
The worst one to me is going to be the fungal spores. Just because getting it in a point of the run where you aren't powerful enough to deal with the little jumpity bugs it's super tedious not to mention dangerous. It makes me speedrun the biome when it happens.
I wish there was a Vanilla option to turn modifiers off. It's my least favorite feature from 1.0. As far as my least favorite modifier, that would be the darkness one.
I think I have seen all of them except the lucrative, (though I have seen extremely lucrative), the fungus one, and the two unlockable ones. (Though I have completed sunseed)
My first and only victory against the lava lake boss: he got stuck in two overlapping gravity fields and slowly killed himself with his own projectiles while I was hiding.
Might be an obvious question but it's worth asking it anyway: Is any of the biomes modifiers able to affect the cauldron room? I understand it's not a major location but maybe it may inherit it from an adjacent location or even a theoretical "x" location we don't know to be related to it yet.
For me, I hate when I have invisibility cloak and step in a humid air. It just constantly waters me so i can't go invisible. I haven't tried it with the repelling cape yet.
I've only never encountered lucrative, extremely lucrative, ionised air and oninous modifiers. I've got the invincibility fields twice. And I'm still thinking about that time when the hiisi base was filled with empty beer bottle flasks that broke into a single shard that looks like the original flask but can't be picked up, which is how flasks used to act in the older versions of noita, was that a modifier? And of course i didn't save the seed because I'm stupid
I recently had the " invisibility biome modifier" on the temple of art, this is quite DEADLY ! Imagine a "polyguy" that comes near to you and then... And i got a question, does "cozy modifier" causes to increase the health mimic to appear or only normal mimic ?
Hey Fury. I'm hoping you might have a written guide or checklist for your Everything run that you have or would be willing to share with us! Like a GameFAQ if you will. I'm picking Noita back up after a much needed break and would love to attempt a crack at an "Everything" run, but I want to be sure I'm not forgetting anything, or messing up an order of operation somehow. I realize this would be more then a quick reply so I totally understand if you aren't willing. I really feel like you are the best person for the task and it could be of some benefit to the community. It something like this already exists please point me where I need to go 😁
I've seen the glowing light one about 3 times in the last week of on and off play. I'd say it's equal with the less rare ones. The giga black hole one seems very rare, I still have yet to see it.
Every time i see fungal modifier in the mines i skip this seed. Its impossible to beat the blob in reasonable amount of time, especially only with one spark bolt
I think there's one seed with fungal spore mines that has a chain bolt wand right at the entrance, which means the annoying green blobs are basically just free money. I'll see if I wrote it down in my notepad document once I get back to my PC
Personally, I hate worms. I'm not good enough at consistent execution of movement and aiming, nor a good enough planner, to be confident with the gods angered when I wasn't planning on it.
Guess you haven't been on Noita discord at all. It's a rule to put everything secret/boss related under a spoiler tag. Some people just NEED to discover everything by themselves and they lose their motivation if they're stolen the opportunity to do so.
4:45 "Plan accordingly to use them to your advantage" *throws explosive crystal into two gravity fields*
Every time I think “hey that fury forged guy’s noita vids are crazy” another one pops into existence a day later lmao
Keep thinking then please
Think like that everyday please
Well, looks like other people already made the exact same comment I was going to.
...

Yeah, not being able to dig in the mines and then getting plant-infested is obnoxious.
Yep, I absolutely hate the jungle modifier in the mines.
I got the dark sun modifier in a run once and i was so confused because no one knew it even existed, glad to finally know what's up with it
Omg, when I first time played with your mod-pack I died in the Hiisi base because of the black holes modifier, and I thought that this was in some mods... But it seems like it is a non-moded game modifier!
"The air feels hot" I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure in the Mines it spawns extra Stendari. I generally get it there and see 5+ walking around instead of the 1-3.
Wow I've never heard about/seen the lucrative modifier before.
I actually really like Ionized, it can help against enemys and it's really fun to figure out how to get past those beams by maybe trying to kick a minecart and get past it with it, or looking where to break the boxes.
All fun until you get shocked by an electric box and wished it was just gas or water
Its fun until I fall into a plasma beam and instantly die
This is how Fury made Noita. I wonder if Fury has some easter egg after him in the game. You're probably the person I associate with Noita the most.
I definitely find ionized the scariest, I was surprised the trouble focusing your eyes modifier was uncommon, I get it all the time. And it seems I still haven't found the extremely lucrative biome modifier, guess I have to play another 3000 hours for that one haha.
once got ionized coal pits, there was a laser that instakilled me as soon as i dropped from the holy mountain
Ionized and mysterious darkness are tied for the two most annoying modifiers for me personally
The ionized if ok in slow and casual playthroughs, but definitely one of the most annoying ones when playing any other way.
I love the Ionized modifier. It has a huge impact and makes the zones feel vastly different, especially the mines.
I had the heat modifier in the snowy depths a couple of times Very interesting to say the least
i've never seen either lucrative modifiers before. i always hate getting glowing light, but i've never seen the ominous presence modifier before
don't even play video games anymore but your noita videos are always interesting and well done enough that I keep watching them broski
Forged the daily for today has helthum in the starting flask
I had the 'You suddenly have trouble focusing your eyes...' modifier once. It was either in the vault or the temple or the art. It was a huge pain to deal with. I think that I died. :p
Oh, I remember dying to ionized modifier back when I just started playing! I tried to explode every plasma trap I've encountered and accidentally faced plasma myself when trying to dig out one of traps deep in the wall.
Oh wow, I only found a few of these; never I imagined so many modifiers existed.
I got an ionized hisii base recently and man, that was an experience, everything is covered in iron so everything was sparking because of the electricity, I had to navigate carefully to not launch on it, the good point was that most ennemies were dead because of the electricity everywhere.
Just got Ionized for the first time yesterday, that was... certainly an experience. Interesting seeing that it's rare.
Darkness for me is probably the most annoying especially if I want to do a long run and I know I'll be going back and forth through it
Mysterious Darkness is my least favorite.
I have something around 300 hours in noita havent seen half of those
I hate when it smelle like soil after the rain like LET ME FUCKING EXPLORE GRAHH
Your videos are the most insightful and well put together Noita videos I’ve seen. Thank you for your work!
Just got noita and have the fungal spores randomizer in the mining caverns I'm spooked!
Didn't even know there were the two gold biome modifiers in this game. Gotta keep an eye out for them from today on.
It's hard not to notice them anyway 😅
Huh, I've never had the wormy, lucrative, or extremely lucrative ones (or the sun seed related ones). Cool to know they exist though!
same
the lucrative and extremly lucrative modifiers are very rare
I got the ominous atmosphere one a week ago for the first time. Never knew it existed, suddenly there is a giga black hole at the entrance of the mines
really should’ve thought twice before walking into that mine whilst i felt wary
I use an mod called blaseball weather that adds modifiers from the game it takes the name, but instead of using those i remove all chance for them to spawn and use the mod to increase the chances for modifiers to all biomes, it makes runs much more interesting. Can say for sure that shielded hiisii base sucks balls when you dont find any good wands.
Every time i think i discovered a lot in Noita thanks to both my exploration and Fury's videos, i discover a new fact thanks to Fury...
If you "sequence break and cross the lava lake and go down into the snowy depths without going into the coal pits for the first time, "you have trouble focusing your eyes" is actually guaranteed. i figured that out the hard way after being invisibly sniped while trying to go for better wands when i was learning the game....
I love the fungal one. More money, more explosions and u can start shifting. If u ask me, that is called super fvn
woww, i didn't know half of those, thanks Fury! Very nice vid.
Wow. Gonna play again at some point.
So I had the lucrative thing happen to me in the coal pits in a patch before you got the on screen messages about the modifiers and thought I was going crazy because I've never seen so much gold before or since.
Damn i have played almost 700 hours and i have never got the lucrative opportunies modifier, i didnt even know it exists.
The worst one to me is going to be the fungal spores. Just because getting it in a point of the run where you aren't powerful enough to deal with the little jumpity bugs it's super tedious not to mention dangerous. It makes me speedrun the biome when it happens.
oh, what a marvelous video!!! its so nice seeing you go into these things in such an easy to digest way :)
4:53
My first ever noita run had the first area with this modifier
cool video showcase fury! Nice to have you back at it
I wish there was a Vanilla option to turn modifiers off. It's my least favorite feature from 1.0. As far as my least favorite modifier, that would be the darkness one.
Wow, I've played this game for like 300 hours and I don't think I've ever seen half of these xD
i love these vids, one of the greatest creators for this game. keep up the great work man!
just yesterday I got the extremely lucrative jungle for the first time
⚡ Ionized definitely: Annoying: Yes. Dangerous: Yes.
Honorable mention to Fungal Spores if you get it early in a run. Annoying: Yes. Dangerous: Meh?
I think I have seen all of them except the lucrative, (though I have seen extremely lucrative), the fungus one, and the two unlockable ones. (Though I have completed sunseed)
I had a seed with a roomy "perferated" and like 2 or 3 large worms
I decided to get the mod to lock the seed cause of that, it was fun
Great video! It was fun to see all the different biome modifiers ;)
My first and only victory against the lava lake boss: he got stuck in two overlapping gravity fields and slowly killed himself with his own projectiles while I was hiding.
High quality Noita content as always Fury!
Might be an obvious question but it's worth asking it anyway:
Is any of the biomes modifiers able to affect the cauldron room?
I understand it's not a major location but maybe it may inherit it from an adjacent location or even a theoretical "x" location we don't know to be related to it yet.
For me, I hate when I have invisibility cloak and step in a humid air. It just constantly waters me so i can't go invisible. I haven't tried it with the repelling cape yet.
love your vids dude your so underated
Great video as always.
4:56 my favorite biome. whats your?
I've only never encountered lucrative, extremely lucrative, ionised air and oninous modifiers. I've got the invincibility fields twice. I recently had the " invisibility biome modifier" on the temple of art, this is quite DEADLY ! Imagine a "polyguy" that comes near to you and then...
And i got a question, does "cozy modifier" causes to increase the health mimic to appear or only normal mimic ?
That sounds quite deadly. Unfortunately, the heart mimic can only spawn from chests, so the cozy modifier has no effect on it.
Damn it man I do *not* need to get back into Noita
I've never even made it past hiisi base without having to cheat :(
i feel like i get the worms modifiers way too often, I also have encountered the ionezed air in the snowy depths maybe twice
I have got all the non unlockable ones except the water one weirdly.
Hey Fury. I'm hoping you might have a written guide or checklist for your Everything run that you have or would be willing to share with us! Like a GameFAQ if you will. 150 hrs and yeah I haven't had these rare ones wow.
How rare are the "spoiler" modifiers? I've unlocked them but have yet to see them in game
I've seen the glowing light one about 3 times in the last week of on and off play. I'd say it's equal with the less rare ones.
The giga black hole one seems very rare, I still have yet to see it.
I wish there was a mod that allows us to activate biome modifyers whenever we want
is there a way to find out if a seed has one of those modifiers? if so, can you calculate a seed where every zone has a modifier?
It smells like soil after rain is definitely my least favorite.
i got an ionized mine on my second ever run, not knowing what it was i was like fuck it cant be that bad and jumped in...... i did not surviiiive
darkness 100%, fuck that modifier, it is not fun
Ionizing may be the most deadly but Spores are definitely the most annoying 😫
Warm in snowy depth and hiisi base eats my pc alive(((
I would have preferred knowing what biomes the modifier appears in rather than what one does not.
humid modifier tend to decrease performance for me quite often xD
Every time i see fungal modifier in the mines i skip this seed. Its impossible to beat the blob in reasonable amount of time, especially only with one spark bolt
I think there's one seed with fungal spore mines that has a chain bolt wand right at the entrance, which means the annoying green blobs are basically just free money. I'll see if I wrote it down in my notepad document once I get back to my PC
Hey Fury... I just wanted to ask... How do you deal with Wormy Dealies? If you do not, then maybe you should try and do a collab with Adam (NotB)... 😓
if I see plants growing at the start I reset immediately. no questions. no attempts. go again.
gloomy is definitely the worst
2:23 i got this on the 2nd floor and got like 31k gold lol
1:35 thats rare? I got it like 4 times in just a day
Personally, I hate worms. I'm not good enough at consistent execution of movement and aiming, nor a good enough planner, to be confident with the gods angered when I wasn't planning on it.
Why would you add stuff to the game to not use it...
Pushing and pulling modifier is by far the most annoying.
i hate the stupid plant modifier
Yooooooo
spoilers? spoiled what? never ever achiveable secrets for casuals?
Guess you haven't been on Noita discord at all. It's a rule to put everything secret/boss related under a spoiler tag. Some people just NEED to discover everything by themselves and they lose their motivation if they're stolen the opportunity to do so.
