Who doesn't enjoy watching Jason and the two spoiled ones enjoying another trip out in the woods! Here's to another season of the trio bringing us great videos of mother nature's finest!
@@onehot57 same here! I love the 7.3. I’ve been looking into going overlanding and was so excited to see that the f-250 fx4 is more than capable of handling such adventures!
Love the backseat u made for the dogs. Perfect for storage too. Thanks for the info on knife. I saved the info in my Evernote in camping purchases etc. keep up great on videos
The fire pit looked really interesting until I heard the fan noise. Who would want to listen to that when you’re out enjoying nature? Enjoy your videos
Like the vid, one thing I might suggest is paying serious attention to the two companions you have with you. I lost one of mine a few months ago and the other is fading as we speak at my feet. After I lost the one I went out and there was nothing but emptiness where there once was enjoyment. I thought I had a good foundation in life but I’m free falling through grief. I see you love yours much as I did. Just a suggestion because I’d do anything to hold him again.
Another great video! I think Daisy and Wheeler enjoy camping more than you do! I’m glad to see Wheeler is doing well and I’m guessing Daisy is doing well also. Take care!
Glad to see Daisy & Wheeler enjoying their new positions in the Ford. Looks like everything is going well with all the new stuff you added. Another good video Jason, looking forward to getting some winter camping in now. Hope the cold want be too bad on the pups.
Not a whiskey man, I prefer rum. But I’ve got to say, I just went out and bought some and I’m impressed. It’s not great, but I like it. There - comment over
@Jason Are you a prior AF member? Those boots look like standard issue. LOL! I know... you can get those boots second hand, but some of your survival techniques kinda complete that puzzle for me. Thanks again for ALL that you do!
@@PrimalOutdoors Interesting... You should take a look at the Bellville boots. They are so light and are pretty much water resistant. Almost too much. Do you have a non-monetized site for your hunting stuff? Thanks again!
Jason I have been watching your videos for a while and eyeing your cutting board. I think there was a Cobb in your history. Mine too but I have upgraded to the Skottle after seeing yours and am loving it.
You have Ford commercials playing over your video...so that's good. Love the drone work. And stopping at 3 is a great idea, not like some other people :)
Maybe consider some kind of net behind you to prevent the dogs flying through the front window in case of a crash? And you wouldn't be hit in the back of your head. Just a thought. Really like the new setup in the truck.
As always, great work! You know I'm really into this overlanding stuff...but your dogs are the ones that catch my heart...Yup I'm a dog person...my pups are spoiled :-)
Haven't been on TH-cam much here lately but got alot of catching up to do on this channel. Love the content as always and really liked the propane line setup.
I hope the upgrades include a new set of snow chains.... LMAO ! Sorry Jason couldn't resist pulling your chain ! Keep them coming Brother I'm watching !
Do you think you could do a video on what you typically bring for food? Not necessarily the equipment you use just what you usually bring in terms of how much, what kind of food, and maybe if you try to limit yourself to a certain amount of money spent on a weekend trip for food. Thanks for the enjoyment and entertainment.
It is worth the investment to buy some Dykem Cross Check for marking your bolts. Instead of busting out tools to check torque it’s just a simple glance when you stop. Something we use in the racing/motorsports industry..
DO YOU LIKE THE NEW AXLES ? I KNOW YOU HAD THEM ON YOUR OTHER TRAILER & WITH THIS ONE YOU HAD STRAIGHT AXLE . LOVE THE VIDEO, THE SCENERY, VIEWS , COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. WAS THE SUN MAKING THE PINE TREES NEAR THEIR TOPS GOLDEN IN COLOR OR ARE THEY THAT WAY NATURALLY ? BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! GOD BLESS YOU & THE DOGS ALWAYS ! ENJOYED !
Hey Jason, I'm Glad to see more of the truck, the Kia was cool , just not a fan of people getting sponsorship deals that Force them to promote a different lifestyle.
@@PrimalOutdoors the difference that I have noticed is the truck is the roots , the truck is something people can afford, the truck is a simple platform people understand. The Kia is untouchable, its to expensive to afford for most people, it was modified to try to push people into buying it. Definitely a cool opportunity for you, but for the 18 to 25 year old audience, a base model $35,000 SUV is a insane perchase. The simplicity of a nice pickup truck , maybe a rooftop tent, or the off-road trailer you have now is something people can understand, and try to emulate.
@@PrimalOutdoors I do enjoy your content though, you do a fantastic job with you camera angles and editing, I'm Zach btw, this channel is my wife and me, but my main channel that I'm the owner of is Joe and Zach survival, I've been watching you from almost the begining. Thanks
Jason - it was great to meet you at Expo West. love your videos. Watching them is relaxing and it certainly make me envious. I’m counting the days till retirement. I wonder though...and forgive me if these are dumb questions. Do you ever get frustrated or exhausted living the overlanding life? If you had the means would you stop filming for TH-cam videos? Or do you enjoy that part as well? What’s the best and worst part of what you’re currently doing. Forgive me if I’m prying too much. It’s just that your videos are fascinating and intriguing. Thanks
Hey Jason Great video! I always enjoy the cinematography work you put in your videos & the soothing music!!..Also, I wanted to ask, Have you ever thought about updating your tow mirrors on your f250? The 2008+ tow mirrors make an older f250 look great & updated & they give a little bit more visibility when pulling something behind you, I think your truck will look great with them!....Just sharing my opinion..Cheers!
Hey Jason, I had a quick question about the jack! I have a 08 f250 with a ranch hand, and I believe I seen you lift from your tow hook, is that considered proper? I haven't used a farm style jqck on any vehicle and was unsure of a safe lift point for a larger truck such as our 250 series! Great video btw
Great video, on that old ford did you replace the wheel bearings or the ball joints? I've had that happen before and ended up replacing both upper and lower ball joints
Here in 2024. I love this era of vids that you did.
Anyone else “like” Jason’s videos within the first 10 seconds? Keep up the great work Jason.
Took me 15 as i was busy liking this comment
Jonathan Carter Jason’s videos get a like as soon as I click on them. He’s earned it
Thanks for the like and becoming a patron 👍
I usually throw a like before I even watch. Or after if I happen to forget haha
Yeah, I usually hit the “Like button” within 10 or 15 seconds. Keep the F-150, it is becoming so hard to find a stick shift any more.
Love how the dogs can now view the world outside from their new raised seating area in the backseat.
Love to see that the old Ford is back on the trail again. Greetings from northern Sweden.
It amazes me just how good and satisfying the sound of cutting onions is.
Good ole “Super Duty”. Best vehicle you own ! 😁
You have excellent videos. Very down to earth, very simple, but worth volumes.
Livin the Dream. Good to see the old Ford back in action. 👍
Love the content, glad the old Ford is back.

So much manliness in one video!!! You are an inspiration to me because I wish I could be able to do everything you do in this video
I have the same truck except mine is a Super Duty w/ the 7.3, we love the old girl!

I have a 1999 7.3L 1st Gen Super Duty that I am getting ready to rig out for overlanding! Love seeing another big boy out there!
This is one of the best channels on YT. Patreon is totally worth it as well. That drone sunrise rocks!!
Found your channel last month. the cinematic aspect of your overland trips are on point and why I like your vids over others. Keep em coming!
Great video Jason!! Love seeing the Ford back on the road, great modifications! Thanks for sharing
Learned something about wheel bearings, and enjoyed the cooking and fire. Love your dogs Jason. Thanks for posting.
Common sense, some people use what God gave them, some people cannot even find theirs. You sir, use yours. Thank you again for sharing.
That F250 looks pretty stout with the new bumper and winch. Great videography, Jason.
Love the green trees 👍🏻
Loved the shot of the lantern with the campfire in the background. Enjoyed the video like I do all the others. Great stuff.
Camp chores are my favorite!
Something about that shot of you lighting the burner in the stove that I love in a lot of your videos. Another very relaxing video!
Love the backseat u made for the dogs. Perfect for storage too. Thanks for the info on knife. I saved the info in my Evernote in camping purchases etc. keep up great on videos
This is the highest quality camping content I’ve seen on TH-cam. Well done and keep living the dream!
Beautiful as Usual Jason keep those videos coming I really love watching them.
Two good dogs and a cup of Pendleton....life is good!😊

Jason , check front locking hubs to make sure they worked..
Yes they are fine I switched them to Warn locking hubs a few years ago.

Good video, keep the videos coming 👍
Tire moving doesnt only mean bad wheel bearing it depends on how it does it it can also mean bad ball joint/joints or a tie rod end
Fun fact about Jason. He does his own b-roll guitar licks. 😉
Great shakedown video. I really enjoy your outdoor travels. Will you be sharing your recent bear hunt with us?
Thanks Bud.
Nice video..
