As a man who did almost "everything by the book" in few relationships, I was rewarded with cheating, sudden breakups, lack of commitment and one and famous simple sentence "I am not happy". Ofc, I made mistakes too, nobody is perfect, masculine frame was probably my weakest point, but knowledge alone, how many guys went through similar bs, makes me even more depressed.
