While I agree with what Casey’s saying here, I’d still argue that self improvement still helps a lot of guys get girls INDIRECTLY. For example, I agree girls don’t care about muscles as much as we think, but having muscles makes walking around with swag, confidence, and that indifferent behavior so much easier. I’m the type of person that didn’t have natural confidence, but once I got in great shape, it was like my whole personality changed.

You are 100% correct on all this. Although I'm currently married I always add-on more and more all your points and works really good for me. I gave up being a nice guy a few years back and also stopped living with happy wife happy life behavior, I was always right but allowed her to be " right" so as to rock the boat but now I rock the boat and now when I'm right (99% of the tim) she will eventually come to me and admit I was right. She now let me lead as well. Women want to feel right but are mostly wrong yet we have to allow them to win and I don't play that anymore, I call her out on BS and when she is wrong. It really only comes down to one thing, Confidence. Doesn’t matter if you’re up top, or at the dang bottom. I myself have none, so I can’t speak with experience. Money, health, how you dress, can certainly help, but it all comes down to that Confidence factor.
That being said, get money get both Physical and Mental health up. We should all seek to be the best kind of man we are capable, for ourselves, not for anyone else, or any woman. I realized the mistake all starts when you start sacrificing the time that before the relationship you put into other things, in exchange for time with the woman. At first it may work, maybe for a month or so, but after that you're gonna make one mistake after the other. I realized my woman actually cares about this and has been sending me clues to fix my behavior, but instead of taking the clues I took them as offenses. For example once she said that I am "obsessed" with her, instead of accepting that clue and trying to fix my behavior, I just got emotional over what she said. She also recently made me understand that I am too perverted, that's because I started pushing for intimate interaction too much, but instead I took it the wrong way again and blamed her for comparing me to those people. There's no reason for me to want to bug her so much when I feel horny, and I don't have to cheat either, I can either just cope with it and do nothing, or just do it by myself and get over it. The most important thing I realized is not to overreact or get angry to anything, whatever bad thing she says, just be indifferent and don't change your vibe. Now I'm starting to see, thanks to God first, who is the One from whom all wisdom comes, and thanks to Casey for making the videos.
