I didn't tighten it 15 times, if you watch the video again you will see how many turns i went in. If they are new shoes you might only get 5-6 turns in. Once the drum or rotor in this case does not turn any further you go back 15 turns as per Honda. This allows adequate clearance. Also remember this a self adjusting system.

You tightened it 15 then loosened it 15. Makes zero sense.
