    Meditation in a quiet place brings huge results quickly but if you live in a super noisy apartment complex with loud rude tenants it's almost impossible to stay focused.

    Ive been meditating for about 50 days now, missed a couple of days here and there. Just recently I noticed that my consistency started dropping as well as the clarity and the willingness to sit down and meditate. Now this is a great reminder to not give up just yet and keep going!
    Do you happen to have any tips on how to keep consistent, and break through periods when meditating habit starts to slip away?
    I got a whiteboard with a 100days checkbox, though it is a bit small and my room is a mess, so its still pretty easy to miss😅

      The greatest way to stay consistent is to simply remind yourself of why you started and prioritize it at a specific time everyday! You got this

    Can I wake up in the middle of the night meditate then go back 2 sleep,? or which is the best time 2 meditate??

      My favourite times to meditate are in the morning after waking up and at night right before bed time.
