I’m noticing the only content I’m consuming these days are conversations like these. And it’s making a difference in how I’m thinking. I’ve stopped listening to content on trauma. Fingers crossed this means I’m healing and breaking free. I’ve heard a lot of these concepts before but haven’t been able to integrate these into my behaviors and actions. Slowly I’m making steps to integrating this level of awareness.
I’m so very grateful talks like this are available to me. I’m not sure if this level of discussion is “new” or if I’m just now able to find it. It’s a curiosity of mine to consider this.
Thank you for this beautiful discussion. If it’s making a difference with me then I hope it is for others also. A nice display of the “Butterfly Effect” in action. ❤

I love listening to Peter Crone. I just wish His coaching wasn’t so expensive. I feel like all these speakers have such high pricing when it comes to personal coaching. But on a positive note one day I will be able to afford it.

This is mind boggling. I feel like I’m going to need to listen to this everyday to correct my perception. Not just towards my self but even more importantly my kids and grandkids. At this moment what keeps echoing is acceptance.... don’t ever make another human being “WRONG!” Wow! Not even myself. Why does that feel so peaceful?

Peter is absolutely great (& Rangan). I agree that the world simply needs more kindness, but kindness needs to start with self, which people find difficult to do. I’m a cognitive behavioural therapist and the amount of people that have negative core beliefs is astounding ‘I’m not....good enough, worthy, lovable’.... all words produced by the self that do so much harm. Much of what Peter talks about is CBT based (and compassion focused therapy).... all fundamentally simple stuff (our needs are simple; to belong, have purpose, be needed and feel understood) which Peter puts across in a beautiful and easy to understand way. If only everyone could access this model of being (or ‘a Peter’) then self contentment and dare I say it.... peace would be in more abundance. Love to all those that are trying to help and are being kind.... thank you ❤️🙏

I've been on the biggest Peter Crone TH-cam binge in recent weeks and just 25 mins in, this is hands down the BEST conversation I've ever heard facilitated.
The way his teachings are being called through him, in the specific sequence it is, with the exact language to address everything down to the points in which the human ego would want to reject it at surface value in favor of maintaining victimhood, is really fantastic. Can't wait to hear the rest, and I'm definitely subscribing... As in right now.
    Love this. ❤🙏🎉

My absolute favorite part is when Peter says he also has days where he asks himself “what’s the point” but he doesn’t wallow there. That gave me so much comfort and acceptance for my appeasement in this life. Thank you for sharing that part Peter I really appreciate it.

I had a traffic altercation but when I pulled up next to him and we rolled our windows down I said in a loud but calm voice " I still love you". His body relaxed and he smiled and we both drove away with peace instead of anger.

I'm so glad I watched this, I can truly relate to Peter's way of thinking. I've had a lot of feelings of hopelessness and overwhelm lately and I had forgotten to be kind to myself and forgive myself for the way I feel. I realise that I need to be more accepting and at peace with things and positivly influence others by example, not by force.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me learn to start to love and more importantly forgive and accept myself for who I am. Trying every day now to love self and share these amazing podcasts to people I love. Thank you so much for clarifying what has been a miserable life for me all of which is and has been of my own choosing but not understanding why. In reality I should not be alive due to the gallons of cortisol and fight or flight or freeze responses my entire life. I’m beyond grateful to have been referred to you by a dear friend. Much love and respect ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have a feeling that Peter draws many insights from the work of Byron Katie, which is perfectly fine. Her 4 questions and turn arounds have done more for me than any therapy, books or psychedelic experiences. I love Peter’s insights, too. Actually it’s the same thing that many spiritually awakened people talk about. Power to such sharing!

Love this! As a relationship coach for single people it is so key to discover the subconscious ways where you were felt “inadequate” or “not good enough” it’s one of the main reasons we stay in negative relationships and tolerate partners who mistreat us far too long. The moment you get the awareness is when profound shift happens! Love this work too!

After listening to and reading endless self help information, I realized there’s no one answer, no one mind blowing point. Seems like slowing down and meditating often is the best thing one can do. I do however appreciate the story about responding with kindness and understanding instead of anger in the traffic accident situation. Also remembering everyone has their own reality was helpful.

Peter is always great. His message is simple but one never gets tired of listening to him. In truth, once one understands the basic message, be it from Peter or from whomever, one should not need to replay or continue listening. One should be able to walk on his own feet and get internal guidance from the wisdom that one develops. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the way it works. We need to continue to be fed as it gives us a sense of security that is somehow engrained in dependency. As per Rangan Chatterjee, he always appears as if he knows or has experimented or was about experiment what any of his guests say. Also he is always searching for the right words, for the right composition and seems to want to appear intelligent and this is for me fastidious; maybe that is the British way as one gathers from films. I love spontaneity and casualness. I used to listen to Rangan frequently at the start and then stopped practically and have listened again to him because he was interviewing Peter Crone. Thanks for the interview.

I think one of the main reasons Ep.82 has been shared so much is that, not only is the content so eye opening and liberating but you both have the most AMAZING voices to listen to!! I’ve watched so many of Peter’s podcasts and some just confuse the hell out of me and I struggle with because I just can’t stand listen to the interviewer’s voice. What strikes me, though, are the price he charges for his sessions... have a look at his site.

A must listen messaging to understand what we may feel or believe is rejection, may actually be surfacing solely from a hurt within ourselves. It is essential for us to consciously consider viewing from occurrences as a bystander scenario, and use our experience(s) as they present, to sub-consciously consider what life is revealing within us to serve our growth.

27:15 Journaling helps us objectify things that are living as subjects inside of us and this way things are easier to 'see' as we are trained to see objects. The issue is that journaling comes mostly from conscious mind, so the subconscious is mostly not touched through this exercise. Clearing the subconscious shadow stuckness is the way forward.

This interview I found frustrating , due to Peter not being able to finish what he is saying due to the interviewer re correcting everything and then changing subjects back and forth.
Far to scattered to follow smoothly with the subjects that were relevant. Watching Peters body language and eyes even adjusting tickle in throat.. then he talks about “the little boy “ with issues.. and it sounds like it’s directed at what’s in front of him..indirectly of course.
Peter Crone yet again a pleasure listening to your voice it’s very soothing when I really needed to hear .. read into that as anyone would.
Sorry to the interviewer , but it’s the 2nd interview with Peter where’s do the same thing. U have good stuff but let go a bit.. 🥰
