Bank's employes ki koi safety nahi he ,Bank ka koi bhi karmchariko koi fight karke chala jayega ,tab bank's karmachari ,chahe voh klerks ho ya managers ?koi kuch bhi nahi kar pate ,Bank's karmachari ka union se badhia ,Rixa driver ka union ka sangatthan achha he.
All psu banks should be privatized, then performance will come, believe me in psu banks there is no work pressure, job security in psu banks should be decreased.

Literally , they are worried about election campaign in various states. They have nothing to do with employee's safety or anything else.
They have EVM machines they no need to worry about any vote bank
