    Key takeaway:
Use credit card only like a debit card.
Your spending should define your credit card. Not the other way.

It all sums down to mindset, if one is wise enough to use the credit card in the smart way rather than using like a maniac, he/she can benefit out of it. Doesn’t matter whether entry card or card with 5-10K joining fees.

Starting with transferring UPI on rupay based CC is a good starting point. A family of 4 can easily spend 400k a year and treat itself to a nice treat once in a while, so that's not so bad a point to consider in my opinion.

The more you talk about these loopholes in public, Credit Card companies plans to put controls over them. I've been doing all these whatever he says from the past 8 years with my 15+ cards. I've seen the controls they place to prevent such loopholes. This is not a sustainable plan. The moment companies realise they make a loss on these, they stop immediately.

    This don’t make sense
Most credit cards don’t give points for rent payment , school fees payment or insurance or tax filing etc
So basically they will give points for just basic daily usage and getting a fancy card will simply make us to spend more money on something which we would have not spent on first place. So all these points and all is a scam.
Expect for very less people who spend a lot for their travels and etc for them it might be worth for others it’s just a way to go broke.

Good to hear. But practically can’t be applicable. People don’t work only on credit cards to get the points, they have their own business.
Here, Assume if a common man accumulated the points where they can spend in a luxurious hotel for free. But the person has to spend lot if money other than hotel stay at luxurious hotel.
But yeah once in a lifetime one can experience. But if you consider only money point of view definitely not worthy.

He didn’t talk about the annual fee on these cards. That will reduce the return on these cards particularly amex platinum travel.

Seriously, does this host even listen? He constantly cuts off the guest, making it impossible to hear what they have to say. And the constant "hmm" and "correct" - it's like he's trying to prove he's actually paying attention, but it just comes off as patronizing. Aly, you were brilliant, and you deserve a platform where you're not constantly being talked over. Ditch this amateur hour and start your own show !!

What is his score in CIBIL? How do you have 10 credit cards? How are you paying these amounts? I'm confused

More credit cards don’t mean reducing CIBIL. Understand what is revolving credit and you will know a lot.
