That was true until 15 or 20 years ago. Solar watches stopped using capacitors and started using rechargeable batteries. You can often upgrade older solar watch capacitors to batteries for increased power reserve times.

air diver refers to non-saturation diving, i don't know how deep is the limit for saturation diving but above that is air diving..
if it's an eco drive it won't have a battery, it's a cpacitor. wich stores power and releases it as needed. batteries are constantly using power
