When I worked at GameStop, the day after Christmas I had a family with 3 kids come in and try to spend well over $100+ on Roblox or Fortnite. So many kids were uploading funds and buying that the servers crashed from the sheer onslaught. These 3 kids, still in their matching PJs-in my store, threw the biggest meltdown I have ever seen in my 30 years of life when we told them that due to the server problems brought on by these cards, the companies had temporarily shut down the ability to buy these prepaid cards. “PRE ORDER THE PS7 NOW AND GET THE PS8 FOR HALF OFF, RELEASING IN 6 MONTHS”
what's up falcon!
Its baffling that they can even get away with some of these things, someone should go to prison for this
This type of stuff really makes me question if I want to be a gamer moving forward.
If gameranx made a 5 hour video, it would feel like 5 minutes just went by.
LOL
2:08 for some reason hearing Falcon say "And a mallard duck" in that way makes me smile.
3:39 I've played this part and bro deadass the game didn't even do a checkpoint in that section, they restarted the whole encounter and pretty much forced you into recharging your stamina, and do keep in mind that this is the only part where they intentionally didn't save your progress
Thank you for what you do Falcon
Hello Mr. Coffin 😉
Hey
2:30 I play this regularly, I don't spend a single cent on it because after the only thing waiting is more spending, I just have it on the background while working/studying
Diablo IV's microtransactions are absolutely ridiculous and even more so for a full priced game.
that is by far, the fastest & best hate (LOVE?) fest EVER! I kinda feel like I needed 25 more of those! luv ya Falcon, Happy Holidayz brother!
Maybe we’ll come back with a part 2 lol
“Calling of the duty” is crazy 😂😂😂😂
Having to pay USD $20 to access new game+ mode on Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is really scummy move by SEGA in my humble opinion. 😡🤬
For a hot minute i thought it was "pay to breed," which actually sounds like something you would find in Roblox 😂😂
Had to think of "Dead Space 3" while watching this video. You can just reload a convenient chapter/save point, gather all ressources and go back to main menu, since ressources are stored on your save when you pick them up, which is nice since that way you can replay older sections with newer equipment. Or, well, you could just use cheat engine and up the numbers that way. No ressource bundle microtransaction needed.
Love the item description for the micro transaction gun... Spot on.
Keep up the good work falcon
1:33 you are a bird of prey. I would imagine you actually want two frogs inside of you.😂😂😂
y’all should have talked about bo6 pay to hear
Love the austin powers reference 😂👌
"Did the developers intentionally make everything more expensive so they could turn around and sell the intended experience?" The answer is yes. It's ALWAYS yes. Should it be illegal? Also yes. Will I ever play a game that does that? No.
My old, cantankerous self can not bring myself to ever worry about micro transactions. Even DLC is usually pretty lackluster for most games.
I can't help but feel the same. I'm just like, go ahead and buy 'em all you want, I won't lose any sleep over it. It's your money.
oh.. i’m now getting that duck for PoE
Game companies - nice content you got there
Also said companie - thatll be tree fiddy
Well it was about that time I realized the gam company was about 8 stories tall and was a dinosaur from the paleolithic era
1:34 you just can’t argue with that logic 😂
Some of them these days are more like Macro Transactions 😂
damn, u should have talked about the actual Multiversus situation, is EVEN WORSE than that mask thing after the beta
and the game is so bad right now, unplayable.
I buy almost all of my games 5-10 years old for 2-10€, so microtransactions feel absolutely insane. "You mean I could buy a skin, a single, nonfunctional skin, for my character, for the price of a whole entire game? Um. No thank you then, I guess."
How about a list of toughest Triple A games?
Love from a Xanderhal and Vaush fan!
Thanks for watching :D
Yeah the duck is awesome. 😅
Dragon Age: the "Cone of Shame" is actually called an Elizabethan Collar, it's meant to keep animals from licking incision wounds so they don't end up reopening them
HORSE ARMOR!!!!!!! How did that not top the list? One of the first, worst, and most baffling microtransactions!
I remember Super Mario Run dlc...it's to play the full game. I hayte micro transactions...also shout out for double dragon 3 for starting it all
Hey thanks for watching! :)
You know that game your playing with the nice mission base your building? Sure would be a shame if something happened to that base while you were gone. Just saying, just saying.
Calling of the duty though 😂
2:08 Absolute cinema if I'm honest
5:08 that cone is medical in nature as it prevents dogs from licking wounds/infection.
I know I know. But the brainrot needs a stopper sometimes
