This dog food is $100 for a 25 pound bag, but worth it. My vet recommended this brand and explained it will save me thousands in veterinary fees. Swore that other low grade dog food cause major health issues.
That is correct 👍 we do believe the nutritional value of the brand will decrease after new corporate takeover. We are keeping an eye out and watching ingredients & nutrition closely as they transition.

Plus you know the ratio. If Orijen was honest, they would list the plant protein vs meat protein. Being bought out by Mars will most definitely slide the protein scale towards the plant.
Says dogs are meat eaters then says the plant products add a great deal to the mix. Truth is dogs are not wolves and are in fact omnivores after thousands of years of evolution. Not saying the product isn't better but be consistent.

Orijen was just sold to Mars. Never buy kibble from any candy or chemical manufacturer (Mars, Nestle, Colgate-Palmolive, etc.)

I make my dog's food. I know quality of fresh ingredients and that it contains enough animal proteins.
