superglue tip I learned in one of my college chemistry classes: the glue technically doesn’t dry, it cures, and it does so by way of pulling hydroxides out of water in the air. So, if you want to decrease the time spent holding stuff together- you can add baking soda to super glue to up that curing speed!

I have a suggestion, inspired by my own kitbashing...
The pride of my infantry are my death skull stormboyz. All of them are regular boyz with stolen boostsrs strapped on.
Assault marine jet packs, tau missiles, and in one unfortuate case, two bags of grenades turned upside down for easy deployment. In the spirit of your Warboss, he can leap over anything - once.
So, if you want to expand your stormboyz from 5 to 10 (or just get a second squad) while saving money and looking unqiue, that's a great way to do it..

If you feel a bit orkish just grab like two or three orks together and have them hold some spare parts of planes and the front can have the cockpit. And thanks to orks being orks you could say it’s a plane unit

The grot with the missle can be a distraction grot for kommandos or toss him on a squig for bomb squig

would recomend pinning to solve stability issues on large converted models, get a piece of plasticard, brass rod, or paperclip, drill a hole so it pressure fits in, then superglue the hole, it drastically improves the stability

The spare bombs could be used to make a squad of tankbusta’s that aren’t the ancient resin models. Probably wouldn’t fit the shooty theme of your army tho….
