Is IIT not only for engineering? My goal is to become a Space Scientist(I want to join ISRO). I love Astronomy and I want to do research on different aspects of Space. So, should I keep my target for IIT or IISC, IISER?
You may go with any of these institutes. You have to qualify entrance exams conducted by ISRO. If you want to do research then Research institutes like PRL, IIA etc can be better
I think you should join Indian Institute of space science and technology(IIST) through JEE Adv,That would be the best fit for you,Infact this college is managed by ISRO
Clear icrb exam, it's conducted by isro. Through it u can become isro scientist. And also what ur wanting to become is cosmologist, not scientist

Yes, You may join.
As I have discussed in some videos, Institute is not very important in Ph.D. but your Guide, Instrument facilities, and research group matters the most. So if these things are okay, Then it's okay to join an NIT for Ph.D. (As per my understanding)

I am 2nd year dropper for neet 2021 I passed 12th in March 2019 but I have pcb what I am thinking is , CAN I enter in IISC if I clear NIOS or SOC open schooling MATH Exam in first year of BSC and then if give KVPY SB in 1st year BSC from any college

I am a basic science( Physics) student so I don't have an extensive idea related to Btech.
If you are eligible to apply then you can try applying in new IITs since here competion is comparatively less.

Agar PhD krni hai and literally research mei interest hai toh Niser and agar MSC ke bad job krni hai and research mei kuch khas interest nhi hai toh iit best hai and after Master's iit ke badh agar PhD krni ho toh foreign universities like Edinburgh Max Planck ja sakte ho toh best choice iit hogi

Both are good enough as an institute but you will have to be careful about the research facility, research group & Ph.D. supervisor

what is your thought about central universities
I don't know much about it for PhD.
There, you will also not get any fellowship from Institute.
But some universities like HCU, Punjab Central University & Jadavpur univ are good.

I recently joined Delhi University for PHD in Mathematics. My goal is to complete PHD in minimum time possible. Give me some tips regarding it.
There is no straight forward strategy. Amount of time required to complete depends on lots of factors but from your side you can take care of few things which might help you
1. Take care of your physical & mental health
2. Start writing your thesis as early as possible
3. Stay organized
4. Discuss with your supervisor on regular basis

In general, old institutes are better for the BS-MS program. Since in this case the study & research environment of the whole department matters.
