A lot of people are saying that oats are bad because the glycemic index is high, however they are not differentiating between instant oats, quick oats and steel-cut oats. The longer the oats take to cook and “break down”, the lower the glycemic index. Also if you include other sources or fats and protein at the same time, like nuts and seeds, you can also lower the glycemic load. So just don’t eat those instant oat packets with tons of added sugar and you should be fine…😅
also sometimes instant oats are good for athletes who need quick energy that IS easy to break down due to the high GI... It just depends if you want a slightly more satiating breakfast or a pre workout meal.

FYI for everyone who is worried, I am an RD and oats are NOT bad for you! There is nothing about them that can harm you (unless you have coeliac and don’t eat Gf ones!) whoever came up with the idea that they are bad is crazy
Try adding salt to your water (preferably pink salt) it helps with hydration. Or look into mineral packs, like LMNT, which has salt and minerals. It will help.
Your skin is so flawless it looks like you have a filter on! I can't stop looking at it 😂 Also, use magnesium for your period cramps. Don't be afraid to take it too much, the only side effect is diarrhea 😅

Regarding the whoop; would you change training based on stats? My worry about getting one is that I am on a set training program with a team so can’t really change things around depending on recovery; so not sure if it is worth it?
Im gonna be honest all that research stuff is too much, do what makes you feel good. As for the m and ms stuff you can afford to do that as you aren't an average person, you are an athlete that burns a lot more calories and also probably benefits from the extra sugar etc. xx
