A tip for next time you make that spaghetti dish:
    1. Season the meat more. Salt, pepper, other spices (experiment some maybe) and GARLIC.
    2. Instead of pouring the sauce on top at the end and mixing it with the meat above your noodles I recommend warming the sauce in the pan with your meat during the final few minutes of cooking time so that they can heat together.
    3. If you end up finishing the jar of sauce (not sure if that happened or not) then to get ALL of the sauce I recommend pouring just a little bit of the pasta water that the noodles cooked in into the jar and then shake it vigorously and pour the "pink water" into the sauce.
    4. If your diet allows for this (might not as cheese is fatty) I recommend a sprinkle of Parmesan or Romano on top.

@@quelandil5738 He has stated he was well past his cellulitis, if I'm not mistaken. I think father time was a much bigger factor.

Yes Brian is insanely genetically gifted to begin with, but he works relentlessly to achieve what he has achieved…BUT, to me, the most impressive thing about this dude is he seems to be very down to earth, humble, kind and respectful to all. Compare that to the epidemic of Connor McGregor types in the world today and it makes me appreciate the example he sets for kids around the world, that much more.

Being one of the world strongest men in the world. I greatly respect him for actually knowing how to cook what he eats. Instead of just expecting someone else to do it for him.

I recommend in the future putting the rice in the bowl FIRST and putting the other food on top of it. Rice is sorbent like a sponge yet lacks flavor itself. If you put it on the bottom gravity will pull all of the liquids and oils from the food down into it and it will soak into the rice. This is why most restaurants that have "rice bowls" on the menu put the rice in first.

10:00 it’s always interested me how Brian just eats the tomato sauce raw. Usually people like my parents always cook it in the pot first.
