a very much needed sunday reset
- greens & protein are from naked harvest supps (DC: OMAY15)
- blue tracksuit is from the siesta club
- journal from papier
If you get bored of meals in the week, have you tried just meal prepping a plain meat, plain carb and plain veggie sauce then you can add seasoning/sauce each day as you feel like - for example plain rice, plain chicken, plain roasted veggies - then one day it could be Chinese, one day spicy, one day bbq, one day lemon and herb… I find this reduces the monotony of the same meal but you basically have everything cooked
What type of sauce would you add, wouldn’t it need to be cooked with it?
@@caitlin9302 Not necessarily - you can make sauces that you just pour over and mix before reheating - for example I do a mix of soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and hoisin sauce for Chinese flavors; or you could do a tomato base with herbs; or a bbq sauce bought from the store!

She also needs a good insurance. It truly pains me when I see some people act as if their pet is in their way, so cruel! do you do a dedicated mobility session? I’m also a sprinter (track only) and suddenly have begun really struggling with hip/hamstring mobility and can’t seem to counter it.
Hey how did you get into track sprinting? I'm looking to get into a new sport and sprinting seems so cool
I can recommend “Yoga with Adrienne” on TH-cam - she has great mobility routines for runners (not just yoga) to follow along of different lengths!
@@daisyinthelifeI used to do it as a teenager and I got back into it by taking myself down to my local track and basically starting from scratch!! I just started by doing jogging and slowly increasing distance for one session, then another session working on speed, over short distances, then added another session in the week for strength!
