    This is the best downsizing video I have seen yet. You are the first ones, that I recall, who addressed the emotional aspect of the process. I have so many things from my mother that are extremely hard to part with. We definitely see a storage unit in our near future.

    Great info! Thank you. One thing I would add is not to save things thinking your kids or other family members will want them later. They won't. LOL We are prepping to go full time this summer (hopefully next month). We actually have given away most things. We've sold a few items. But honestly, it feels so good to give it way, I can't stop!

    FB Marketplace has worked well for us. A lesson I learned from a professional...just because an item has memories for you doesn’t make it valuable to someone else. They also said 1/4 of the price you paid is rule of thumb but as you said, people will negotiate
