North Florida Egret Rookery Has Hatchlings in Every Nest

Triplets! These chicks are true survivors. The size of the rookery has been diminished by roughly a third. The recent torrential rains and high winds have obliterated most of the colony's peripheral nests. But for those nests less exposed, the new hatchlings have emerged!
