Find the Best Satay Bee Hoon at Redhill

The 3rd generation business owner Mr Sam Lee is young, suave and handsome. But that is not why his stall always draws a queue. Like bees to honey, it is his less common, delectable dishes that attract customers.
Satay Bee Hoon, put simply, is dish with the ingredients blanched and then drenched with a rich, nutty sauce. But the secret lies in the fresh ingredients used and special recipes for the sauce. Cuttlefish Kang Kong is another signature dish served that has a mixture of sweet and tangy tastes.
At age 29, Sam has already accumulated 15 years of experience working at the stall since Secondary 2, after quitting the school. Having mastered the skills, Sam took over the baton from his father in 2022. For now, he hopes to keep up with the standard and continue to win the hearts from his customers.
