    Your videos are amazing, Trevor. They have really revolutionized my understanding of the golf swing. Your explanation of biomechanics and balance are the best I’ve seen. Please keep these coming!

    Another gem! Going slow to really feel what the heck I’m doing. Going fast is just guess work at this early stage of me playing golf.

    Awesome video Trevor! I’m telling you I think you’re the most clear and concise instructor out there. My knees do exactly that and this drill will help. I also need to work on just slowing down like you talk about with EC. Thank you!

    Some of if not the best content out there!
    Regarding the feet corkscrew, is this a consistent action maintained in the same direction from start to finish? Lead foot feeling count clock and trail foot clockwise?

    • @tsgolf
      @tsgolf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you much! Appreciate the feedback! In regards to how the feet will twist against the ground in the back, they will both move clockwise due to the directional movement of the pelvis (trail side of pelvis working in and back towards the center of the feet). This will get the get femur’s to internal rotate (you’ll some extension of the trail leg to finish it off) so the feet have then torqued the opposite direction.
      Let me know if that makes sense and I’ll see if I can do a follow-up vid on this!

    Really good insights...as usual. Especially like the described feel of screwing down the ball of the front foot as part of generating torque.

    Have been watching some of your instruction video’s ~ really good clear instruction and great drills to resolve each point of change that is being talked about. The another point that I like is the your delivery of the instruction and length of the video is good .great work👍👍

    Interesting take on a drill that I will look to incorporate. I fail to post up on the left side and can hit it well but leaving some power and consistency behind.

    • @tsgolf
      @tsgolf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'll definitely be trying this and get back to you. It seems that Rory McIlroy gets into this position perfectly with his right leg internally rotated but not slid forward. Thank you!

    I found the corkscrew analogy a bit misleading....I assumed I knew what to do and ended up screwing both feet to the right (like how I would turn a corkscrew)...after disappointing results, I fortunately went back to the video and realized I should be screwing the right foot to the right and the left foot to the left in order to get the knees to bow out a bit. Otherwise I think this is an excellent video.

    Where can I get a large basket like that? What is the diameter of the top rim?

      Ty. I appreciate it. I find I have a habit of extending ever so slightly...it's causing contact issues and I love your drill. I really want to implement this ASAP

      Only 13" wide. Seems like that basket is wider.
