Yeah it makes it easier and gets you into the groove better. The one band who's stage presence that always impressed me has been Dillinger Escape Plan. During one show I went to one of the guitarists completely stomped his speaker cabinet into bits while he was playing and not missing a beat, backflips, fire breathing. But that's all stuff I doubt would be considered during rehearsals.
I don't know what the fuck that number means but I'm assuming it's their rising power level.

The music these guys write is just so out there and different. I love it. I'm not surprised how long it takes them to write new music. I can't even conceive how to write music like this. I await new music.

Holy shit. Incredibly tight and well polished, vocals are incredibly solid aswell.
The initial ALARMCORE sound is very frightening , few could pull this off as this speaks volumes if your listening with the right ear
