I was there. My brother and I stood maybe 3 people to the right of the guy filming this. It’s a great venue. The bar area is opposite the stage and it’s just as high. It was basically standing front row with a small moat of people separating us from the bands.

I saw this live in NYC. I think it was 2013. Volumes, Veil of Maya and Vildhjarta. The NYC crowds are always rowdy tho. After the show I had them all sign a poster for me and asked them how to pronounce Vildhjarta and what THALL means
I bet if they ever need to get a new member in the band, they would have in the section of requirements: 1. You must have hair 2. May the thall be with you. 3. Beard gives you bonus credits.
Sucks that all of them got squeaky clean haircuts now..friends don't let friends get haircuts..that's the universal law lol..but i'm gonna miss Calle windmilling and floorsweeping tho.
I bet this is custom guitars, looks like many brands but I’m sure it’s very long scale, like 30” or more, and there is only few in world with that sizes in 8 string, they all looks different. Also they have inlay on 12 feet with THALL which is only could be custom made if not a sticker
Yeah, these guys could elevate their live act exponentially by adding some syncopated lights. The light guy from meshuggah, Edvard Hansen, would make this an unforgettable experience.
