In a strange turn of events, I found that Boroline dries out my pimples! I had the worst breakouts during Christmas and the New year. Like you I was trying my best but it was stress induced. I'm still trying to fade the acne scars.
We've had really harsh winters in North India this time and my Nipcare which I use as a lip mask froze. So I switched to Boroline and one day I accidentally wiped off the excess on a pimple on my chin. It dried down by morning. I think it's the doing of zinc oxide. I'm not sure. But then I tried it on my other painful pimples and those dried down too.
That being said, I have oily skin so Boroline might not work on my summer time pimples. I will try the moisturizer you talked about.

Hi! Absolutely I've noticed the same with boroline. So I went down a research rabbit hole, and while zinc oxide is really good at helping wounds heal over well, boroline has Boric Acid in it. That's what makes it so effective in comparison to anything I've tried before

appreciate your videos! have a suggestion based on my experience. for a month or so, cut out gluten and dairy from your diet and don't put anything on your face. just wash your face with water (preferably soft water / mineral / RO). dunno your socials but happy to have a longer discussion elsewhere.

I really love them they're such a game changer! Just a reminder - make sure to never use them on top of stron exfoliating actives if your skin is sensitive!

Avene cicalfate or bioderma cicabio is extremely comfortable to use on dry acne prone irritated sensitive skin.

Use cold pressed/extra virgin sunflower seeds oil (or olive) for make up removing, wipe ur face with dry tissue then wash with an SLS medicated soap (sulphur and salicylic acid)
U'll be amazed with the results
Use snail mucin first after washing face before applying anything else if u don't use toners, it will help absorb more
Use gel moisturizers on daily basis (the one u using should only be used very very occasionally, this could actually be the reason of ur breakout)
If u r not in an AC room 24/7 never use skincare in day other than sunscreen or aloe gel max if u live in middle eastern region, India Pakistan Egypt etc

Hey Sam! loved your video and how honest you are! But i want to ask you about some body sunscreen recommendations because I am an sports person and play outdoor games for hours like in the peak sun exposure time from 10am to 4pm in peak summers so I need a budget friendly and a trustworthy body suncreen which I can rely on and I sweat alot even if i dont play sports so can you recommend me any body sunscreen which is very water and very sweat resistant + SPF 50 AND PA++++(4 PLUSES) ❤ and just dont stop making this type of detailed videos and love your content and also eagerly waiting to see a new video❤💝

Hi Dev! Good for you for participating in sports and athletics! I haven't tried a lot of long wear body sunscreens, but I definitely would recommend the joy SPF 50 mineral sunscreen. It is quite sweat-proof, gives very high protection and is pretty affordable. I'll look into more sports sunscreens and make a video soon!
