@@nunapitchuk Hi Frank. I'm doing a total overhol of my 1995 sizuki sidekick. Trying to correct a very strong blow when removing the clutch, I completely disassembled the gearbox but I don't see or feel any imbalances in it. I still have to check the differential. Do you have a video on differential adjustment? If not, could you tell me what is the tolerance between the pinions of the differential? I have seen almost all of your videos and have learned a lot from them. Thank you for sharing them.
@@nunapitchuk forgot to tell you that I also disassembled the engine, I put new rings as well as the crank and main bearings. In addition, I installed new pressure plate and clutch disc and rectified the flywheel and head. that is, the engine was completely overholed. A big hello from a distance Frank and thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
@@alvarochaconbadilla7025 I did not disassemble my differentials because they looked good -- so no video about them. I do have the manual specs. Contact me on my face book or my email and I can send some screen shots.
Man, I learn a ton watching your videos, Thank you soo much for taking the time to do this for us, So, If I am adjusting valves in my 96 zuki x90 1.6 16 valve in the car, Does it matter what sequence I do it in? And compression stroke does not matter?
I do not think it matters at all what order you adjust the valve lifters. Just want to make sure you don't miss any and make sure they are off the lobe when checking. You might want to check my face book page too: facebook.com/SidekickRebuild/ I check messages on there almost every morning.
I guess it depends on what book. I got my rocker arm clearance values from the 1995 Suzuki Sidekick Factory Service Manual. I have a link to a pdf version of that manual on my face book page: facebook.com/SidekickRebuild/
hello mr frank. I am Álvaro Chacón Badilla, from Costa Rica. Can you tell me the diameter of the pellets that go on the rods that hold the nails with which the changes are made on the 1995 suzuki sidekick, 16 valves and 1.6 cc? If you have a phone number I can send you a picture on Wattsap. Thank you
i have a 2000 jimny g13bb that i am going to be working on and when i look at that engine compared to this i feel ashamed, everything in the poor engine has black varnish from infrequent oil changes and there is stop leak and rust in the cooling system, this poor car suffered with the last owners.
@@nunapitchuk just pulled the cam caps off, it doesnt seem that badly worn. I havent gauged it yet but no scoring on the bearings so it doesnt seem as bad as it looks

The book says 8-12 for exhaust 5-7 for intake cold why does everyone have a different opinion. I wonder whose right.

@@nunapitchuk Thanks for your answer Frank, but I already solved the matter of the diameter of the pellets.
