LS460 Jack Points.

For those who are not sure where to place floor jack and stands. Pointing out the spots where Lexus highlights in the owners manual. As always if you are going to work under the car make sure you secure it correctly. Be Safe.

That was great, thank YOU! I too dont trust the side pinch welds, they do seem to like to fold, especially in rust belt where I am at. Those ramps do appear kinda heavy to lug around though. but there just doesnt seem to be a low and long enough jack to reach the lift point.

Yeah they are a bit heavy but work great. I use a rubber hockey puck style with a slit to jack it up more and slide stands if needed.

Why can't Lexus (and other manufacturers) make jack points more obvious?! That area in the video looks flat, bendable, and unintuitive. Could have went with a round bump pointing down, so a person looking from not-under-the-car would be able to see it clearly.

I removed all the plastic covers from the top of the engine to the bottom cover. Dont know if I was suppose to do that but the engine can breath now...

Some people do it will just add to the road noise you might hear now. The bottom covers also helps protect the electronics from getting too wet.

Removing the covers can upset the cooling so beware.
