    Best remedy for joints is using collagen. Mostly found in bone soup. It has all the amino acids and the lubricant.

      To slow down wrinkles and joint pain you need collagen and if you are non vegetarian, bone soup is the best. You can even boil some fish bones and drink that soup on regular basis. As you age your collagen also depletes.

    Im looking forward to this, i have been struggling with knee joint pain as when i first started meditating and sitting in half lotus posture, i had immense pain but i continued to sit and sit and of course in the follow-through it played its role on the knees. Thanks for this video!

    Milk is good for babies. Most adult are lactose intolerent. Any other option for milk.

    I have been using these spices in tea, but the quantity of all the spices is too much for one glass of milk. It will be too strong to drink. But I am sure these spices are helpful.

    Prashant ji whatever drinks you suggested are hot in properties which are not allowed to me in rhemetoid arthritis. Because of hot nature of my body.
    I have seen many videos of these same things.
    What else could be done if we are not able to drink these things.
    What more options could be used???

      Immediately stop eating sugar and carbohydrates. Your food intake as of now is triggering your inflammation so No fruits and dry fruits except for berries. No starchy vegetables either. Lots of leafy greens, all type of nuts unless you are allergic. Healthy fats and oils, olive, coconut, ghee, butter. No omega 6 oils. Take moderate amount of Proteins in any form. And do intermittent fasting.

    If your going to make a presentation you first and foremost should get your audio clear enough that us old folks that need help with joint pain can hear it planley. You should also know milk is for baby cows and it lactose isn't good for 90% of those over 50 years of age
