7A, 3B, 6C i am vata kapha, but I resonate with Kapha more, my body resists milk products and deep fried food on its own, I am a big fan of spicy food especially green chillies, and I enjoy doing backward bending exercises😌 its crazy our body and heart knows already what's good for us❤❤

Gott the same basic results on many sites now. Pitta-Vata with definite Kapha imbalance, but also Pita and Vata are imbalanced. (sigh) That's where I have problems figuring out what to do. Though, I am coming closer to understanding it.

Of course, not all questions correspond to me... but I answered those that are approximately close... My test showed A 5. B4 C4 I dosha Vata Pita Kapha is almost in balance. I am recommended to eat dairy products according to Ayurvida, but what about those who have a terrible allergy to dairy products? On the contrary, all non-recommended vegetables are suitable for me in their raw form and I feel great with non-recommended vegetables. I am sure that each person is unique in their own way and each has their own nutrition...What is recommended does not suit everyone. Or they must compose the test individually. Because the test did not accurately describe my character and needs.

The precise determination is difficult if we are of a mixed type and if the domination of one typ changes. So, it is better to let us develop our own inner determination to choose by intuition what is good for us. In this way all the presented questions become irrelevant.
