I really hate working so much! I've missed the Green Room gang!! Just some unsolicited advice- when you go to wash the cloth hide- you might want to purchase a lingerie bag to zip it into for the wash. It will help protect it while letting it get thoroughly clean. The bags are super inexpensive (a couple of dollars at Walmart or I can send you one, just let me know). Woven items are very susceptible to damage in the wash over time.
Nice to see all of the noodles! I would personally breed Anya to your Clown Pied boy. You'd get all triple hets at least with some Pied that are double het. Just an idea.
My snake is a brilliant eater except when she is in shed, I put her food on the top of her hide the only thing is she takes her food without coiling around it, thanks Bob, regards from Manchester England 🇬🇧
I have an eager eater too! I have to be extra careful with her because she strikes so quickly! I always have to make sure the rodent is much warmer than my hand because she's so fast. It's funny because she's my sweetest and my favorite to introduce to the young kids in my family.

Just pulled my MBK out for some social time. I only do that about once a week. I do have to use a hook to get him because he is always on the hunt! I bring this up because of how small Pip is and how small my MBK is. He's now about 16 months old and has grown A LOT, but he's still tiny! I really want an Antaresia, but I think I'll look for a Children's to get that slightly bigger size. Maybe a female. (My MBK is a male, so he's not ever going to be a big snake.)

Do you use 24/7 heat? I’m new to BP’s and I see mixed responses as to weather they need night heat, we currently have a 100W Arcadia bulb in a dimming dome set to 89° but not sure if we need heat at night, our ac/heat is set to 72°
@@jasminegrogg8875 overhead heat is generally better but if you have to use a heat mat, that will work as well. The type of element just depends on your setup but any of those will probably work
"He" was a holdback, but he turned out to be a she and i have too many females in that project as it is - so that snake went to a patreon supporter who was looking for a female freeway
Hey Bob! I loove Kayda! She’s a stunner. How often would you bring out each of your snakes in a week for a significant handling session? I’ve been working with my new albino Darwin carpet python for the last 3 weeks and she is doing fantastic, no longer striking at me and no hissing for a while, but I don’t want to over do it and possibly go backwards with her. Most days I handle her once or twice when she’s awake and sometimes I give her a day or two off. Should I lessen the handling as she gets better or do more of it? Thanks ☺️
I want to develop her into a snake that I can hand over to anybody and trust her not to bite. She’s already a different snake to when I got her so I’m super happy with her progress, but this all new to me. She’s my first snake
It all depends on the snake. I usually tell people a few times a week but some snakes are okay with daily handling and some are better with once a week

Yes, 24/7 temperature gradient for a ball python. You could use a non lighted heat source at night
