    Do not smack your shins with hard objects. It will mess them up
    Get a heavy bag and do 200 kicks per leg 3 times a week

    • @wolfman9933
      @wolfman9933 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Its called a mikiwara board. It has several cuts in it so that it collapses as you strike, and does not send the full force into your leg, but is a harder surface than a heavy bag, so when you go bone to bone, your bones will be stronger than their bones

    • @krisjonesjones9514
      @krisjonesjones9514 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't believe that rolling it on his doing anything at all,

    • @wolfman9933
      @wolfman9933 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@krisjonesjones9514 perhaps a little, but what makes a real difference is how much pressure is being applied. If one could stand the pain they could apply more pressure, or use a larger, weighted cylinder, like a big PVC pipe full of sand, for example. Either way, the goal is to make micro fractures in your bones, that then produce calcium deposits, like hard little bone bumps. This is where the shin rolling comes in to play. By flattening those bumps, with the applied pressure, your bones become denser, stronger and harder.

    • @Rroy21521
      @Rroy21521 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@krisjonesjones9514 no dear it works if u keep practicing daily and harder by harder so automatically your that body part will become stronger i am 101% sure😎

    I don't know why but toe shoes, popped collar, gel in his hair, and chewing gum like Val kilmer in top gun? This man isn't there to work out, he's there for aesthetics. I would personally take his tips with a grain of salt the size of the ocean.
    I would believe it more if his hands and shins showed the wear and tear that comes with getting an iron body but even his skin looks better than some girls I've seen.

      thaiboxer5 Lots of ideas are ancient, not all of them work. Anything rubbing the skin is only causing callousing, and will not protect you against impact. You need strong impact on a firm pad/bad. That's the best way to get even distribution of microfractures without damaging the flesh on your shin. Thai kickboxers have the best leg conditioning in the world, all they do is hit the bag. That's an ancient technique btw.
