You can try using a resistance band. Start with a thicker band for more assistance, and as you get stronger, switch to thinner bands. Combine this with other exercises like negative pull-ups and scapular pulls to build your strength. Keep at it consistently, and you'll be doing full pull-ups in no time.

You supposed to think you are pushing the ground below you
Rather than pushing yourself up
Same concept can help with deadlifts in reverse for some
