First off, kudos for staying on track for 3 years. As for your approach, it depends on your fitness goals. There's no harm in mixing weight training and calisthenics. That's like refusing pizza just because you discovered tacos. Why choose when you can have both?

It depends on your current fitness level and how much training load you can handle. Building strength is a marathon, not a sprint. Keep at it and track your progress regularly. Remember, what gets measured gets improved 💪
