  • IS GOING VEGETARIAN/VEGAN MAKING YOUR HAIR FALL OUT?
The content discusses the potential hair-related problems faced by free vegans and vegetarians due to deficiencies in essential nutrients such as B vitamins, iron, vitamin D, and zinc. It highlights that these nutrients are typically obtained from animal products, and as humans are genetically omnivores, consuming meat is considered beneficial for overall health, including hair health. However, it acknowledges and respects personal reasons for choosing a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle. It emphasizes the need to understand the potential consequences and ensure proper nutrition for maintaining healthy hair, even within alternative dietary choices.

In Feb, I was stressed because of work and lost a lot of hair Consequently, this year, I started using liittileextra cocconniioon hair shampoo and oil along with their neem wood comb to help detangle. I've been following this routine for nearly three and a half months now. I'm happy to say my hair fall has reduced significantly. Once weekly, I apply oil, then use the shampoo, and wash using regular water, finally detangling with the neem wood comb. These changes have really made a difference.

I only use the cocooonioon shampoo, oil, and reactivate hair growth serum for my hair. I don’t use additional products. I have noticed significant hair growth month after month with this routine. I highly recommend it.

@@bobsam5982exactly 💯 most Vegans stop fast food and really claim the elimination of meat is the reason for the good effects 😂 I'm almost only eating red meat and I also have so many positive effects but atleast I know that most comes from reduction of junk food

same. all the chemicals they put in meat negate the vitamins and likely cause hairloss, if anything.

You can get all these nutrients through a vegan diet. Instead of fear mongering and misleading people you can actually tell how you can get these nutrients on a vegan diet.

I was mostly vegan for 13 years and randomly started thinking about eggs often the last year. No idea why. I slowly have switched to vegetarian diet after discovering cheese haha. my body was craving other forms of protein other than just soy. Too many beans hurt my gut so badly. Too much soy was messing me up after some time too. My hair the last couple years was looking thinned out and I was bummed about that. I decided to try eggs after thinking about them so much. I love eggs. so I'm full blown vegetarian now (no plans to eat meat ) but just in the last couple months of eating eggs, yogurt, cheese... my hair is so much fuller! it's amazing! No longer insecure of it thinning out.

It's great to hear that you've found a dietary adjustment that seems to positively impact your well-being, including the health of your hair! Different individuals have varying nutritional needs, and it's possible that incorporating eggs, yogurt, and cheese into your vegetarian diet has provided essential nutrients that were previously lacking.
Eggs, in particular, are rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, including biotin and vitamin B12, which are crucial for hair health. Dairy products like yogurt and cheese also contribute to a well-rounded nutrient intake.
It's essential to listen to your body and find a diet that suits your individual needs and preferences. If you have specific dietary concerns or questions, it's always a good idea to consult with a registered dietitian or healthcare professional.

I get it. I would love for us to all live in the woods, live off the land with no stress and lots of community… but we are stuck in the modern world and the 60% off us need to eat red meat to get the right nutrients for our hair.

  • @PattyandWillie

This sounds like good advice. Its my understanding the iron in plant food isn't well absorbed, and B12 is only in animal products. But like you, i totally respect the choices of others. I love animals more than you can imagine, but it seems our bodies were indeed made to have some meat in our diet.
