  • "Eat better, feel better" is a mantra that works effectively well in controlling the symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. To have a healthy body and mind, it's crucial; how we nourish it from the inside! I am a huge believer in making healthy, well-balanced food choices every day than going on any diet that may be difficult to sustain in the long run.
    It was wonderful to visit Wootu clinic in Chennai and meet Dr. Preeti and her dynamic team. They are doing inspiring work in the field of nutrition and helping many patients achieve their health goals.

      Basic tests karaana zaroori hain. Aap dono ko ek good gynaecologist se conuslt karna chahiye to check if kissi treatment ki zaroorat hain.

      Hello, There are studies showing how consumption of Fenugreek helps women with PCOS by helping maintain the insulin levels. So, they are actually beneficail.
