Lo difícil es la disciplina de hacerlo año tras año día tras día. . Más aún si no eres el beneficiado directo del gusto de hacerlo, cambiar o dedicar tu vida a cocinar a menos que no hagas más labores domésticas.
Lo obvio es que la competencia no es con el trabajo de gimnasio. Es con los otros miles de personas y de su forma corporal que en general ya viene de nacimiento. Más aún si tienen cada músculo a tope la forma no depende de rutinas "científicas" de ellos el es el mejor. Para mí el tiene años con uno de los mejores cuerpos a excepto de su cintura.. en conclusión fue trabajo en equipo donde 1 es el campeón

This guy is a LEGEND. He doesn't have the money or fame like the others. He just normal guy and doing it old school. Bodybuilding is such a boring life style and the diet is the hardest part.

It's not a boring lifestyle. I wish I could spend every day working out and eating healthy.
@@nerychristian Trust me as far as the food goes it's boring. Training is easy but having only around 60gr fat a day is hard. No shitty foods except for off season.

First thing I noticed. Silicone spatulas only in nonstick. Teflon is not healthy to eat....also, defrosting (freezer burned) raw fish/meat in water is a no no. Defrosting should be done slowly in the fridge.

For being one of the top bodybuilders William is living a very modest lifestyle. He still lives in the same place he was at when he called out his former coach.
Better choices, INVEST more than you spend and if your investment won't bring you more profit in the next 2 years it's not worth it. Maybe he's still saving up for a better one I mean even Kai's house is not far from William's
